So whatever urine or feces residue from the restroom, door knob germs, cell phone germs, others germs, germs from money you can be eating. The manager was told and a large latino lady SLAMMED THE WINDOW ON US! She was mean and did not want to make sure they had gloves.
I've been comeing here twice a week for years and they have never ONCE had a major problem or charged me for sauces! I guess that all changes, because the new kids in drive through apparently said that he has to change 81 cents per sauces!I ordered a 10 piece mixed large fries.... Outrageous.... Almost thirty dollars I'm spending and Y'all can't give me sauce? Y'all should have a limit, and then have people pay for extra, ya are already so expensive like... Also I asked if a 10 piece the side of fries and butterfly shirt, they gave me popcorn, mostly crumbs and gave me a meal when I just ordered the entrees.O miss my ladies in the drive through! The older Hispanic lady and the blue haired girl were my favorite. I can see why you lost the employees and why y'all keep the phone off the hook.Owners is never here. Maybe that should change or get better employees
I normally love Popeyes ordering the same thing like every other week. This time around I happen to get a half gallon of lemonade, got back home and poured it in a cup just to find a little roach swimming around in my cup. Safe to say I’m not going back.
This was my first bad visit at this location. I got the popcorn shrimp ? meal. I asked the lady at the drive through if there was cocktail sauce in my bag? She said yes. But later when I ate there wasn’t. Also she did not give me my dr. Pepper. After handing me my food and credit card she closed the window and walked away. There was a car behind me so I drove away. Didn’t feel like circling back around in line. I guess I’ll just go to a different location next time.
2 days ago, I drove nearly 20 mins away to get my food. The lady refused to open Popeyes at 10:30 AM when I arrived, she told me to wait another 30 mins and then wait another hour before it opens. Google maps said that this location is opened at 10:30 AM. But she lied almost 20 mins of my time wasted.
Went here tonight. Ordered 2 chicken strip combos, one spicy & one blackened. Neither was blackened. I was told that it is not an option to not get a drink. I also ordered the 1/4lb of shrimp and a large side of mac & cheese. My Mac & cheese was not in my bag. I tried calling 6 times. Just rang and went busy.Also, after being FORCED to get drinks, there were no straws. The irony!
I ordered a family meal with 4 tenders and sauce and did not receive any of that on delivery. Now I can’t get through on their phone number. Beware!!
What does not belong in these pictures? I think I’m done with Popeyes for quite while. Like possibly years. I ate the pickle hiding it. They also did not pick up the phone when I called numerous times. I am beyond disgusted.
I have enjoyed every experience I have ever had at this location. The staff are super nice and FAST!Seeing reviews calling out the quality of food blows my mind since you can get a chicken sandwich for less than 5 bucks.If you want high quality then you shouldn’t pick up your food through a drive thru.Long story short, you get what you pay for!
Their red beans and rice is so addictive and their biscuits are soft, moist and tasty. Always fresh. Great flavor.
