I moved to TX in February of 2021 and I live near the Carrollton/Plano area which has questionable/terrible reviews for all the Pizza Huts in the surrounding areas. The ratings were mostly below a 3.5 which is very off-putting, so I figured I'll never order from Pizza Hut while in the Carrollton/Plano area (lol it's that serious!). I stopped by this Lewisville location on my way from a dentist appointment & idk if I caught them at the right time or what but my pizza was PERFECT! The young lady who took my order was very nice and inviting, and she made sure that I had all the condiments that I needed. I had to take a picture of my pizza because it looked so good lol this review is about a month late but I wanted to make sure that I gave this location their props! I will be visiting this location for pizza again.
Been years but just like I remember.
Pizza Hut on 407 in Lewisville has always met and exceeded great customer service and the food always is hot, fresh, and delicious. We are always happy!
Amber the night manager of 1/25/22 was very mean and rude on the phone rushing me off the phone saying she has pizza coming out the oven like she doesn’t have the crew working I don’t feel like this was professional in any way and I REALLY DO HOPE SOMETHING GET SAID TO HER I FEEL disappointed from the place I buy my pizza from for years probably won’t buy food here again with the poor experience I had
AMBER the night manager was not professional at all with me she was rushing me off the phone when I called about my pizza eta and she very rude with me I understand the place being busy but no reason to be rude and rush me on the phone when we have spent so much money here in the last couple years but from here on out I know not to order Pizza Hut unless it’s the last thing
Excuse the icing. I flipped it on the ground right after I walked out the door smh but I love this Pizza Hut!! The staff here is always nice and smiling which speaks volumes to the management team and work environment. Amber is awesome and a great asset to the team! Thank you for everything you do. You Are Essential!
Quick delivery- faster than the website had stated. Good pizza.
I ordered my food and the delivery driver took my food out of his bag and sat it down on floor in front of my door. Very disrespectful.

Staff is great, restaurant is always clean and Pizza is made perfect every time.
