I would have gave 5 stars but the older lady at the front was rude to me and a door dash guy. Over all the pizza was great fast service.
For this order I ordered directly through the Pizza Hut website that was actually delivered the pizza from doordash. Then the driver forgot my drinks and had to return to the store and bring them after I receive my pizza. I ordered 2 personal pizzas but received 1 large pizza with the same toppings
My pizza was undercooked. The crust tasted like dough !! I could tell that they were understaffed and overwhelmed because it was obvious they were more concerned about rushing rather than making sure they sent out a quality product.
If the pizza is to be curbside, that it actually is that and your vehicle is recognized when you pull up and a long wait is not caused.
The order was confirmed, had a solid ETA but no pizza was every delivered. $30 stolen by Pizza Hut with no pizza. This is so much fun.I would post a picture if I actually got my food.
I only ordered because I had a reward to redeem and as usual the service is bad, they left the pizza on the ground and although I live less than 3 minutes from them my pizza was luke warm as usual but it was nasty, hence why I just wanted to redeem my rewards and not spend another dime with them.
Pizza hut will always have my loyalty. If I ever want a great pizza I always come jere. Deep dish with extra cheese pep and jalapeno. So good. and nothing will ever change my mind that pizza hut is by far the best
They were very very nice. I'm visiting the area. Made me feel at home. Excellent job and customer service. Pizza was delicious
There was initially a long wait time, something like 90 to 108 minutes which I would guess is because it was a Friday night. However they showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected so that was nice. The only real problem was that the pizza was almost cold when it arrived. It was obvious it had been sitting in the car for a while.
