I love this location and PEI WEI, I am a PWA ( Pei Wei Addict), My favorite dish is the THAI COCONUT CURRY CHICKEN. What i love about PEI WEI is that I could be gone 2 months and when I come back BOOM tastes perfect and consistent(my #1 comfort food). Jessica the manager is AWESOME and great customer service perfectionist. 5 STARS x 2.
Stopped in Pei Wei for lunch. Very good service the gentleman working the cash register was friendly and helpful with new menu items descriptions.Food was served quick and hot. Dining room was very clean. Also a dining room attendant working diligently keeping it clean.I recommend the Pei Wei location. We will be returning customers ?!
Order shrimp low mien and it was hot and delicious but had too much sauce.
Price, quality and service.Food was good an delicious. I ordered kung pao shrimp, general tso’s chicken and a small side of cashew chicken all good…
I haven’t been to a Pei Wei in a while and decided to come back and I ordered beef with broccoli and a shrimp dish. The quality of the food isn’t the same like I remembered. Maybe it was was this location but I wouldn’t recommend them.
This location should be closed, 3 times I have placed an order on my to work with ample time to be exact last Monday the 24th I ordered 40 minutes ahead of time, got there and they told me 20-30 more minutes, no apologies but said I can cancel my order, canceled my order and didn’t get a refund so yesterday on the 31st I had to file a claim with chase bank to get my money back. Now all other Pei Wei locations though are just night and day with this particular location.
Tonight was our last time to ever eat at a Pei Wei. We live in Frisco, but the Pei Wei near us is too dirty, so we drove to this location. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and was served a portion of about half the size of what I used to get. And it tasted exactly like teriyaki, which I do not like at all! It was horrible! I asked the worker if it was Kung Pao for sure, and the chef told her that it was. It absolutely was not! I still can't get the awful taste out of my mouth. Needless to say, my meal went in the trash! #donewithpeiwei
Oh boy. I gave this another chance after walking away a couple of years ago regarding another location. They continue to disappoint me sorry to say. UNFLAVORED rice. Bland, bland, bland. I had to add all my own seasonings at home just to give it a BIT of flavor. And I ordered crab wontons. I literally wanted to spit it out. Aren’t these supposed to have cream cheese in them too? There was none. Just tasteless mushed up crab meat inside. Dry too. Oooiiii. Like our past President said one time lol, fool me once, ok. Fool me twice…shame on me. He butchered that moniker and I know I am too. But you get my point.
Visited our neighbourhood pei-wei on a weekday for lunch and absolutely loved the fresh and hot food that was served to us. We had a coupon and for some reason it was not ringing in, the cashier helped us out in getting it fixed. So special kudos to the staff and to the kitchen staff, great food, amazing service and lovely ambience. We ordered the Thai dynamite with extra steak (cos why not?) With a side of salad and I ordered drunken noodles. Both were delicious. Already looking back to our next visit
