Always delicious and fresh!
Second time in a week that my bagel has been over baked and hard as a rock. This place has quality control issues. How could any person with good vision think this bagel is okay to sell?
Not sure if we caught them on a bad day or what, but I've honestly never had a harder time getting the right food. Swung by on the way to drop family at the airport to make sure they had time to eat.My brother ordered a wrap, they gave him a salad. They forgot our only drink twice. We gave them back my brother's salad so they could give us his wrap and they forgot the wrap again. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with no egg for a kiddo, they gave us a sandwich with only egg. Had to pass the bagel for my sister in law back to them twice, once to be sliced and again to be toasted.We were polite and thanked them and left without some of the food because of the airport deadline. It was not a fun way to end their first visit here.

Very disappointed with this location. Two times in a row I’ve gotten the wrong order. Like everything in the order was wrong. And I was very disappointed with the amount of food given. I got a sandwich that was mostly bread with like a smear of chicken on it. For how much they charge I would expect better quality and portion size
Great soups and sandwiches that are better than Jimmy John's or Subway. And there salads are much better than average. They even have coffee and different cold tea's.

Panera bread is always a success. Straight forward ordering. Quick to get food. Good selection of hot and cold drinks. Nice ambient atmosphere.Perfect for a quick bite or meetup
I had a very disappointing experience here this evening. Had dinner here just before 7pm (restaurant closing is at 10pm for reference). My mom and I ordered on the screen, and took our seats. When our food was ready, I went to the counter to pick it up. I had to ask for forks for our salads - twice - since they only gave me one fork when I first asked.They had switched our baguettes for chips without letting us know, and when I let them know we had ordered side baguettes, I was told they were out of baguettes (3hrs before closing at a restaurant with bread in the name doesn’t sit well with me).Just really disappointed with the dinner experience I had today.
Food is always prepared so well... I love the oatmeal and Berry cookie.. is the best cookie ever!!!
