Arrived at 8:30pm. An hour and a half before close. There were 5 people ahead of me, so I took the line as a good sign. Sadly, the line didn’t move very much. Man at register was confused and taking a long time to ring up the orders. One person left the food line while we were ordering and began cleaning the service area..in front of the guests and while there was food in two of the three stations. Seems like several options of the menu were not being made .. maybe due to the time? Not sure. Got the food home (no option to eat on site, chairs were already up on tables) and it was not great. Walnut Shrimp was soggy and tasteless. Will not be returning to this location.
I went there to order food for co-workers I was ordering several orders asked to taste the orange chicken Maria very nasty lady ..rude unprofessional..Said no ..I asked 4 manager she said it doesn't matter.The manager Shaun said I couldn't simple taste a sample of the orange chicken.I had my co workers waiting otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the food .I personally will never give panda express my business again ever .Whatever happened to customer.Trash trash trash ?
It was my first and last time in this location. The chow mein was dry and the worst part was the orange chicken and was wondering why she gave me so much that the box was not closing its because it’s dry and chewy and disgusting .. the shrimps was 3.5$ extra but was good and tasty
Very rude staff. I just watched the serving staff get rude with an innocent 12-year old girl. My food plate was thrown to the side by staff when I asked for fresh orange chicken. I’m fed up at this point.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.. what could have been an easy fix ended up a mess due to poorly trained staff. placed an online order and it wasn't complete. I called to let them our kids meals did not have the drinks or the chips in there. Gentleman that answered did not want to be bothered, did not say hold on and passed the phone to the rudest young lady with zero manners. She began by accusing my daughter of "snatching" and not picking up the whole order in a loud voice. I began to tell her that my daughter was told the order was ready and she picked it up and walked out. She interrupted me and was screaming who knows what since she had pulled the phone away from her mouth. I then yelled and said stop yelling. She smacked her mouth while still yelling and hung up on me. I called corporate and they resolved my issue professionally.
Staff was rude and was upset with us for coming in 45 minutes before close. Told us to leave because they just cleaned the lobby while we were waiting for the new batch of food to be made. They were blocking off the bathroom and trash cans because they just emptied them. Asked us why we were still there while waiting for our food too. Didn’t want to give us utensils.staff was rude for no reason not happy at all
The lewisville location is very inconsistent. They either mess up the order or serve a reduced quantity. The servers are extremely frustrating as they do not pay attention to the orders. I feel bad for the server.
Not a very friendly staff and they barely wanna give you a full serving of what you order gesh atlease fill up the corner of the plate!!! And why do you have to beg for sauce urgggghh
So disappointed. The closing time says 10pm on the door and on Google. I should've read the reviews before heading up there. Just so sad, I've been coming here for years and this place has seriously gone down the drain. I hope something changes and soon. You never turn down a customer.
This place is getting worse.. I sat right in they face and said MAY I PLEASE HAVE SIDED OF SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE THE RED KIND… THE CASHIER GOING TO LIE STRAIGHT TO MY FACE AND SAY ITS IN THE BAG… WONT BE RETURNING
