Walked here from walmart to find only the drive thru is open which isn't very welcoming since those who do not own vehicles can't place an order. The parking lot is ultra congested and i didn't enjoy eating in my car, where i saw 7 people come up and test the door in the time i was eating my food parked in front of the restaurant.. Food average with eggrolls being hard and tough as if stale. Service hurried and impersonal, but at least courteous, which is better than I can say of other Panda Express locations in the nearby area. ****Update* the dining room is now open.
I had always come and they served me very well, and now a young Hispanic woman served me very rationed food and I told her why? and she told me that it is the spoon they have, that is the only one that is given to customers, and she spoke to the manager and told her that it is. but all the customers were very helpful and the other worker was very helpful but still she didn't rectify her mistake. I don't like this business anymore and next time I'm going to another Panda and not the one in Lewisville.
The meat was awful it was dried the chow mein taste like rubber! My son got food poisoning it was a waste of money! And I tried to call to make a complaint it just kept ringing and ringing call later on and said it wasn't taking no messages and I hung up on me automatically! That's a sign of their customer service being just like their food 100% awful!
Clean and fresh, they seem to run out of my items. It's fast and easy Simi healthy.
Terrible terrible customer service. I just called to inquire if they cater or sell in large sizes, the moron who answered the phone literally hung up. Very unprofessional
Good selections for a quick take out meal. I got broccoli beef and orange chicken. I thought portion size was good and price was reasonable.
Literally called and asked if location was open because last time they closed at 930. They informed us they were then when we got there, closed. I’m done with this location. I’ve tried and they continue to disappoint.
Drive thru only. All of our food was burned and when I went back through the drive thru to have it replaced they said it would be awhile to remake because the food was old. Tell me why you're knowingly serving old food? Asked to be refunded, they said there was no manager there and that refunds are not allowed due to store policy. Asked for corporates number, they did not have it. Don't waste your time!

Make sure you check your bag before you leave! I ordered a bowl and spring rolls and when I got home the spring rolls were no where to be found. It would probably cost as much in gas to go back there from my home so I guess I gave them a $2 donation….I don’t really enjoy donating to for-profit businesses but if you do, this is your place!
