So good! I also, like that they actually have the pictures and names of everything they sell!
I have been there maybe 5-6 times I’ve never received bad service and the food always seems to taste better than at other fruterías in the North Dallas Area.
Horrible service. My kids and husband went for snacks and first we couldn't get corn cups because the lady working there said it was cold. So we got nachos and tostilocos instead. When we walked out we checked the food and the cheese was cold. We went back to ask if we could get something else instead because everything was cold and the lady kept insisting we touch the cheese warmer because she kept saying it was hot even though we were telling her the cheese was cold. She wanted to put our food in the microwave which wouldve made everything soggy. She refused to give us anything else and was just like too bad. Never going back again.

Mi hija compro una mangonada, cuando entraron al lugar eran las 7:35 o 7:40 pm La famosa mangonada se supone que es pulpa de mango con chamoy. Lo que a mi hija le dieron fue: hielo con chamoy. Solo llevaba trocitos de mango. La chica que atendió dijo “ya vamos a cerrar, (cerraban a las 8 pm) Si entraron antes de las ocho se supone que podía PREPARAR una real mangonada, pero ya no quería ensuciar nada; pero bien que cobro la mangonada a precio regular. Muy muy mal mal servicio y la chica que atiende tiene un pésimo carácter y NO USA CUBREBOCA, y para ser este un negocio donde se manipula de cierta forma alimentos, LO CORRECTO ES QUE USE MASCARILLA ? para que el cliente se sienta seguro, pero en este lugar no es el caso.
I've been coming here for over 20 years. I love their food. But I just can't do it anymore. $12.51 for cheese enchiladas and iced tea at lunchtime. And I swear they charge me something different every time I eat there. The owner has always been extremely rude. But I chose to look past that because the food is pretty good. But I've turned a blind eye to the fact that their service gets worse and worse while their prices go higher and higher one too many times. I once ordered a to go order and it didn't include chips and salsa. They said I had to pay for it. So if I dine in I get it for free? But if I take it to go, offering you a table to seat other patrons and make your money, I have to pay? It's become ridiculous. Thanks for 20 years of service Guadalajara. But after my lunch experience today it will be my last time in. I've supported your business since close to the day you opened. Take care of your customers and they'll stay loyal. It might serve you to learn that before you chase them all away.
Everytime I go to this restaurant in the past, I would be charged the price for items. They say one thing on the menu and the staff charges whatever. Ask for a itemized receipt. The staff is friendly at first but they seem put out when you ask them for something. One staff member has rolled her eyes when I have asked for to-go box. I have been going there for years but will move on now. Prices are way to expensive for what you get. They only will bring out hot sauce once. Chips and hot sauce are charged when you order online. If you are in the restaurant they are free. They are trying to get rich off of their customers.
Service and dessert/snacks are amazing.
