I've came here with my wife multiple times and we have always had great service. This time we got a gentleman that it took 15 mins to get chips and salsa, never got out drinks till CASSIE came and saved the day.We have had her before and she is AWESOME!!. She is very good at her job and she really needs to be running this place. She is very polite and very customer service oriented. She is on time, doesn't bother you but makes sure your taking care of at the right time. We both enjoy her company when we do come. She needs a Raise!!!Thanks again CASSIE!!
OMG!!! When you go ask for A P R I L!!! Good customer service experience!! Very attentive!! Listened to everything I asked for!! I came in from out of town and my phone was dead and she gave me a charger (LIFE SAVER) great service! Definitely ask for you!! The food was delicious!! Fresh! I miss OTB in HOUSTON & they need to bring them back!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if they do… bring April SHES GREAT!!! I love love and appreciate great customer service! Definitely will be my new stopping spot when I come in town! THE MEAT WAS SO FREAKING TENDER!! I’ve had no choice but to eat chilis because on the border is no longer in Houston, and chilis meat isn’t tender at alllll!!! I miss ON THE BORDER! WOW!!! Freaking amazing experience! Definitely stop in!
Was a frequenter of OTB for many years. Wonderful. It's been years since I ate at an OTB. No need to return. I was so disappointed. The chips are still great. But, the rice was bland, the beans tasted like they opened a can. The service was fine. They sat us in the middle of a cluster of occupied tables. We could hear all the conversations around us. So much for a peaceful mea where my family could talk to each other.
Awful.The greeter took ages to seat us.He seemed disinterested and was either sleepy or high, his attire was not presentableWe waited another 20 mins , no one showed up for drinks or order.We left and went to the one in Denton which is infinitely better and only 20 mins away.Stay away from this terrible place
We wanted Mexican food but not travel far. We ordered 2 of their 3 taco plates. I asked to make sure NO Pico, NO cooked onions. NO cooked bell peppers."IT WAS ON MY PLATE."When we got the food, the tortillas were hard and hard to bite into. The guacamole serving was smaller than 1/2 the size of a golf ball. Definitely not enough for 3 tacos.All in all the flavor of the food was great. Temperature of the food was cold. Presentation of the was lack luster to say the least. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating.Dinner for 3 was $65. Not worth the price for what we received.Definitely needs a little work before I return or possibly visit another location.
Getting seated here is a pain. You will stand for a long time without being acknowledged. A semple, hey I'll be right with you goes along way. The first time I came to this location my boyfriend and I left before being seated because it was taking so long to even speak to someone. The manager tried his best to talk us in to staying as he saw us leaving but we were forced to go due to timing. We tried this location again and it wasn't as bad so we stuck around. Luckily the waiter we got was super friendly and eager to take care of us. He did an awesome job and made it worth the wait. The food was delicious and we left stuffed! The waiter gets 5 stars along with the food.
The food helped with this rating. Food was hot, fresh, and awesome. However, we were the only people in the building and still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Waiter didn't care to much to serve us. We all ran out of drinks, chips, and salsa for 5 minutes before we saw him again.
This was by far the worse OTB I've been to. I ordered fish tacos and they STUFFED them in the container. My guacamole was very small for $8 and extremely salty. I was so disappointed when I got home.
Parking lot is small. It wasn't crowded. Food took to long. The guy who brought the food out was rude as hell. The waitress wanted me to give my debit card without bringing the bill 1st. No tops to cover are to go desserts. I don't recommend this one if you want good quality.
Came here with my family and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Our server was overwhelmed and needed help and the manager just stood there talking to a table the whole time while his staff was running around needing help. Made mistakes on the bill and food was wrong not only for us but for the three tables surrounding ours. Not a great experience here. Took us three hours for dinner.
