I live nearby to this location and have had multiple hiccups with my order. One time, I was in a hurry so I couldn't check, but I had ordered 10 mcdoubles, 10 mcchickens, and 60 nuggets. After waiting extra because my order was relatively large, I left in a hurry only to find out that they didn't include my 60 nuggets........ and then today, I order a big Mac, and there was no bottom patty!!!!
This McDonald's offers great customer service at the drive thru, always friendly and accurate, and this one has a very tidy exterior appearance. In the mornings at this location there is a gentleman that is outside cleaning the windows, and he works as if he takes pride in what he does, which is very refreshing. The drive thru trash cans are emptied and more clean than other locations as well. Hoping the manager reads this and recognizes employees who seem to make the effort and work hard.
She gave me sweet tea twice even though my receipt clearly said unsweetened. I finally had to go inside to get my tea! The manager didn't seem too upset.
My friend were not cooked right and they were kinda frozen and cold and my mc chicken was not cooked you can taste the nastiness of it most disgusting place I been to only went there because is close to me people at the drive thru we’re being rude and we’re on there phone
Hmmm....NO indoor eat.but google look indoor eat.most staff so tired ,I think maybe open time is 5:00AM and no young person employee working.I eat IN AND OUT staff so young and 18/h pay is good.but MC 10/h??sorry Company so mean and more google comment this store no change .To be honest MC burger I like ,staff twice ask mecan you help?I hope so indoor store eat~
I just ordered thru the app. They were busy, but it took them 30 minutes to get my order. It was cold outside but the whole order was completely cold.... I watched as cars that got there (got to the drive thru) 5-10 min after I ordered, get there order way before I received my. The employee said absolutely nothing when he came by. The second I took the bag he was gone..... worst service EVER!! It is cold outside, but this was over and beyond bad.Obviously poor managementUPDATE: as I was finishing the review, the same employee came by to tell me to move. Not because other customers, but because they wanted to place cones to block the places for app orders.... @ 7:30pm. Not the 1st problem with this store... cold food, stale nuggets, etc. They lost a customer now.if you're reading this, trust me, a little extra driving to another store would be worth it......
I don’t eat this kind of fast food a lot. But I had a bad day today. Got off work at 1 am… I just wanted junk. The young lady in the drive thru knew I had a bad day and she was so dang sweet and made my night a little better. So a big thank you to her.
I wish I could give zero stars the staff is very rude and didn’t give me all my food but took my money. Staff was not at the first window when I went to pay so I paid at the 2nd window and the lady was mad at me for it l. This is the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald’s
Took multiple times to get order correct. When i received my food it was literally ice cold and hard buns. I went back for refund and the guy kept telling me to move forward even though they had my card. This place is horrible from the customer service to the manager that rolls her eyes at you and the employee that slammed the window because i wouldn't move forward. If they would put that much effort in the food quality as they do moving the line it might been alright.HIGH RECOMMENDATION DO NOT EAT HERE !! 0 stars
