What to expect from a chain restaurant? I ordered thru the mobile app, requested for more sauce. They put even less sauce for my burgers. Ridiculous. I guess I should have request less and get more. No ketchup for my fries. Not only that, I waited 10mins at the curbside and no food. I went into the restaurant and have to wait some more. Will NEVER go to this location. The staff doesn't seem to want to work!
This place made fast food slower than a real restaurant. To expensive no service trying to go computerized or drive through. Charge more get less.
Ordered 4 burgers the exact same way and 2 of them came different. Seriously how hard is it to read the order and make the food?!
Went to drive-thru, ordered 2 Cheeseburgers, one with meat & cheese only, for my dog. Lady taking order responded with, so you want a cheeseburger & a hamburger, I stated NO, as I originally requested, I want TWO cheeseburgers, one with JUST meat & cheese, she repeated my request with sarcasm and a condescending voice… nnnah, nnahhh, nnah… I told her that is exactly how I ordered it the first time and asked her to drop the attitude… she stated she doesn’t have an attitude, so I cancelled my order and pulled thru. Tried calling and asking for Manager, she stated she was the manager & she was the one who I ordered with; hung up and called Corporate, lodged a Corporate Complaint and then wrote this review!PEOPLE OF THE WORLD, DEMAND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know it’s tough out there right now, but if you don’t like your job, get another one… there are plenty to choose from, right now! Don’t be rude to your CUSTOMERS!!!
Rude teenage employees. Slow service..who ever owns this place needs to rethink how to run a business…tip # 1 fire the entire night crew
I ordered a McDouble without cheese but got cheese, then they re-made it without onions. This is the only thing in the world with onions that I eat! The woman who took my order said that they don’t wear a mask. Then my burger was just sitting there. I only had a 1/2-hr for lunch. Not sure if the green or red elf was the supervisor but both were inept!
What's there to say? It's a chain restaurant. It behaves like all chains do. Some are worse than others. Some are better.There will never really be a 5 star level of service, but sometimes it can be awesome. This one was kinda average.Nothing stood out except the log wait. I blame the pandemic and short staffed issues. Pay your employees better please.

Reliable, speedy, friendly staff. Check your order before you drive away. Sometimes the order gets confused with the double drive through. They do a good job ?.
No customers in the lobby, but every table is dirty. Drink station, dirty and has flies. Interesting what you don't see when you only use the drive thru
