This is actually one of the friendliest McDonald's I have been to in a long time. The young lady who took our order was both friendly at the speaker and friendly in person at the window when taking our money.The drive through line was long, but the customer service made up for it.
At 3 am they said that they didn't have a cook see the manager sitting there on our butt with four other workers you're really just seem kind of lazy I understand it's not fun to do but if you don't want to do it go home don't go waste everybody else's time trying to go to work with my stomach full
Trash service. Entered and no one even acknowledged me. So I order on kiosks. Order was just sitting there on counter. No attempt to take food to me. No name or number called out. I walk up and stare at food and no one even tells me it’s mine. I have to start interrupting them to get any attention. Avoid this trash bag like a plague.
Night shift needs to be fired..all of them..rude disrespectful..won’t eat at this place again..nor any McDonald’s affiliated with this place nor will anyone with a conscious mind
This is the worse mc donalds I have ever been to, they take to long way to long to get your order. Nothing is ever working. Even before covid this location sucked.
The lady attending the front desk service. Was not wearing a name tag. So unable to mention her name. Very unprofessional an didn't know what items they didn't have even though she offered them. Management was just as Bad. I explained the problem an she stated well she forgets about things. Wow unbelievable honestly how customer service is just not important to her being she's a Manager. Never Again
I was able to get my good fresh and hot and well done like I like it. A bit of wait but worth it.
If you like cold food that looks as if it came out the garbage can then this is your restaurant. I will never go back! This was my 3rd visit and each time the service was the same.
A McDonald's where I don't ever have any issues getting my breakfast fast and accurate.
Don't buy McDonalds coffee, it doesn't taste like coffee, it's totally brown hot water. It really is GROSS
