Not a bad McDonald's. Food is often warm fries are also usually pretty good. Don't expect your specializations to be always correct though they have a tendency to miss specializations on an item or two but definitely not all items. If you go at certain times you might get slightly soft fries but that's just because they hang the fries over the fryer too long which means they're understaffed or over prepping fries.
I'd stay away from the new chicken sandwich, I ordered the spicy, and it came without pickles or sauce and was super thin. Just get a hot n spicy imo.
My kids & I joke & make a game out of guessing what's in the bag when we visit this location. We are usually missing the BBQ sauce for nuggets which is a REAL bummer for kids eating nuggets. A FEW times we've received an entirely different order or will be missing 1-3 items. Other than that, it works!
Crispy fries. Service was quick. They even asked if I needed sauces. This place has improved.
If there was a zero I would give it. Drive through staff was never taught manners. Responses like “YEAH” I have yet to hear a “Thank you”. Next, I placed my order, pull up to “Pay here” window where they hand me my drink, no food. Then I pull up to next window to receive food, CRICKETS. Several honks and waves were ignored . I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD!!!!!! I left 2 messages because no one will answer the phone. I wish this corner restaurant would be anything than the disaster that it there. No, this is not my first horrible experience. I give it a try about every 3 months, same story.
Always forgets something on the order I started going to this one because the other McDonald’s on the other side of Main St. had the same problem. You have now lost a customer this is ridiculous.**ALSO IF THEY FORGET AN ITEM AND YOU SAY SOMETHING TO THEM THEY CALL YOU A LIAR AND ACT LIKE YOU TRYING TO STEAL FOOD! LOL ITS FROZEN FOOD FROM WALMART IF THEY HAD THEM ALREADY MADE ID BUY ME SOME WAL-BURGERS**
This place has some hard working people. Every time I go here late at night. They get that line moving. Food is always correct and fresh.
We had ordered chicken nuggets. The young man taking our order never asked us what type of dipping sauce for our order. I tried telling him when we drove around to the window for payment, but he ignored me. Drove to the next window n the young lady handed us our drinks, asked to give her a few minutes for the rest of our order, 'sure' I said. When she handed me the bag of food I Iooked inside, curious of how they handled that. Nothing, no dipping sauce. I then asked her for some. Now all of a sudden she doesn't understand English ? Then she tells me it's in the bag, which it wasn't. Now she's irritated with me, gives me a dirty look, grabs something from her side of the window, reaches through the window and throws it into my bag and with another dirty look on her face and hand gesters shews me off. I looked in our bag. One! One dipping sauce and of course it wasn't what I had wanted. I won't be back to that location . . . my 7 year old was disappointed.
The line was a bit long but moved quickly and my food was ready as soon as I pulled up to the second window. Our order was hot and fresh and correct.
The drive thru team was on top of their game. Food came out fast. Team was all smiles and very friendly.
