My friend and I stopped in for breakfast. My friend, who has difficulty reading, was treated somewhat rudely when he asked someone to take his order at the counter. I used the kiosk, but was treated similarly when I requested milk for a drink option as I could not locate it on the kiosk choices for beverages. It seemed as if every employee was solely focused on taking care of those in the drive thru and not those who walk into the establishment. Needless to say it is unlikely that we will return to this particular McDonald's restaurant.
At the drive through I ordered a senior large cup of coffee. The amount was apprx. 2.50. I was not told the senior coffee was a small size and small was 1,00 plus tax. When I got to the window, I asked the cashier -who spoke POOR English - why so much money? She explained the size difference. OK, I said. Cancel the large and I will take two small cups senior size. I had already paid the 2.50. so just give me the refund amount. Well. She looked at the money, looked at me, looked at the drawer and paused. Then she took money out of the drawer after the transaction and handed it to me. I apologized for the order error. She said nothing but just shut the window in my face. Moral? Make sure you ask before you order because the service sucks. BTW - the cups were 2/3 full and barely hot - I will not go back. I lost a couple of bucks but it lost a customer.
Worse McDonald’s I had ever been to. The service is quick through the drive through. The drive thru ladies were great. But the customer service coming from their manager was horrible. He was not willing to help and understand the error that was made with a payment that was process. I’m glad that I deal with better McDonald’s then this one. I’ll keep going to the other Lewisville McDonald. The round grove and 121 McDonald’s has been the best one here in Lewisville. This manager shouldn’t be allow to handle customers if he don’t have good customer service etiquette. I will not come back to this McDonalds ever again and will make sure I’ll let my family, friends and coworkers know.
horrible service,especially the drive through people that you could say anything to and they dont understand a dam word your saying,i very clearly said dont need the receite as per trashing the car,dumber than dumb handed it to me anyway so i just dropped it right in front of her,things just escalated from there,they tried to give me a med size drink for a kids meal!!!! i give up!!! mcdonalds train your people to speak english at the least, and i do mean the least no stars unless you have neg 5
This McDonald’s did not pass the vibe check. Everytime I order McNuggies from here I ask for bbq sauce, and they give me only ONE. How am I supposed to eat TEN delicious mcnug O’s with only ONE tiny little bbq sauce.You might be thinking, why didn’t you just ask for more? And to that I answer, you’re missing the point. Service is about anticipating needs. If I worked at McDoodad and saw a cute little chubby face like mine, I would immediately anticipate that he wanted that extra bbq. It’s not that hard McDungles.Plus, every other McDenny’s I order from gives me two.The people here are nice.UPDATE + my apology:After further review I found out that there WAS indeed an extra tangy BBQ sauce in my bag. McDonalds, I sincerely apologize. Please find it in your heart to forgive me. Thank you.5 stars
Staff was pleasant, drive thru was efficient; however, the fries were under salted. Plus I’d rather not have the shamrock shake at the bottom of my strawberry shake.
The service is quick just not friendly. Times sure are different. Customer service used to be a top priority now everyone settles for any worker. The food is always hot and tastes good. Getting out of this location sucks because of how it's connected real close to the light and Walmart. It's near the highway and many other restaurants/shops.
It's 7:14 am. The sign on the door says the lobby opens at 7. I knock on the glass to get the attention of the employees who have previously been staring at me standing outside for several minutes. One comes over. I point to the time, indicating the lobby should be open. I get some kind of sign language motions about going through the drive through. Uh no, if you're not going to honor your hours, then change them to one's you will honor.
Kept calling for a wrong order they gave me and just kept hanging up. Bad service. Dont even feel like coming back in the first place. You guys have gotten worse service for a while if i have to admit. 121 McDonalds is even WAYY BETTER!
The manager there is rude and doesn’t know how much sauces are.And they ALWAYS 10/10 times forget an item on my order or give me a whole order that isn’t mine.
