Pretty good Little Caesars. Pizzas are usually done at a pretty good quality level. Be aware if you request a hot and ready pizza at you're going to get an extra most bestest they do not keep regular hot and ready is in there warmer any longer. They do support app and they do have the warmer that allows you to pick up with non-human contact.
Does not honor Hot and Ready prices for pizza as posted on their menu behind the cashier.Absolutely awful service, said they had no pizzas ready when I could literally see one. Then tried charging $6.99 for a cheese pizza when the menu board clearly stated $5.99. Go anywhere else but this Little Caesar’s location.
I was not gonna write this until when I announced that 10000 people read my reviews a month and that she should be careful with her very nasty and poor attitude .I decided I was gonna ignore her arrogant behavior .But after thinking it over and really give it 5 minutes to check my own behavior .I decided my attitude was quit normal .One when I showed up she was very nice to arrogantly tell me that we do not take 100 dollar bills .I get 11 pm but at 445 on a Friday and you do not take my hard earned money ?So I went around the corner got cigarettes and came back .When I returnedHer attitude went really south .The special I ordered is a 4 to 8 pm hot n ready order .And there was pizzas and bread sticks in the heat cabinets .Yet she chose to make me wait 15 minutes for my food .Then she servered the next three people behind me as I sat in my truck and watched her pull out the pizzas and the bread sticks .I would have went away in peaceBut when my order was finally ready .I went in to get it and she arrogantly told me I would have to wait for garlic sauce because this order does not include any .Because she had to fold boxes of pizza and fill up her hot n ready stove cabinet and she could not stop and sell me 3 garlic saucesI would have went away then and let her be rude and said nothing but .Then when I brought up her attitude and the fact that I am a Google guide .She became even more rude ...So I will sayIf you want to get hot n ready pizzas here .Good luckIf you have100 dollar bill and just got paid and have no changeForget about this place .If you want a smile and a good attitude from the services you pay forDo not go here with high expectations .I have this lady a way out of this comment and she took no time to considerI went through hoops to get pizza that your company promised will be hot n ready and it was .But she wanted to make me wait instead of the remaining 3 clients .I did not catch your name but you remember me .I hope if they fire you .You realize why .If they keep you aroundI will not come back .In factEvery time I pull into this store if you are thereI will leave .And good luck with covering this review .Again I warned you that I suggested you adjust your attitude before I leave as I am a Google guide and I will tell the world about you ...After reading all the bad reviewsI will never go back here again .I had no idea this was actually normal business for this lady .She can treat people any way she wants and no consequences .Not II will never bring you a dollar again .
Waited 10 min before someone finally came to the counter to take order. He took order from 1 person and walked away when there were like 7 people waiting in line to order which half of them wanted to just pick up hot n ready pizza. Waited another 10 min and left the place. They also do not have any classic hot n ready pizza. Why call it hot n ready when it is never ready?
Worst location in DFW I know of. They try to add charges without you knowing and feign ignorance when it’s brought to light. I tried to order an ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni ($6.55) and two Crazy Combos ($3.99 each) and the cashier told me it came out to $28. I told him there is no way that’s right and he cleared the order and re entered it with a new total of $22. I did the math for him showing pre-tax it was $14.53 x 8.25% TX tax for a total of $15.73. He just stared blankly with his female coworker and spaced out saying that was the price. If you go to order online for the exact same location it charges the correct amount without whatever bogus extra charges, so either order online or just avoid this store.
The first time I came here, I swore I would never come back. The lobby was filled with what appeared to be friends of the employees just hanging out. The pizza was TERRRRRRRIBLE, essentially non-edible. Accidentally ordered a pizza today on the app for this location (which I have previously avoided after the first time). I drove to the incorrect location and realized my mistake of ordering at this location. I considered just not picking up the order and ordering from the better location, but decided to give the one on main street another try. What a waste. Again, walked in and there was what appeared to be another friend of an employee hanging out in the lobby. The pizza looked awful and tasted even worse. Luckily I ordered crazy bread as well just in case but even those were almost completely ruined. Never again.
Terrible experience, the delivery was terrible, take 20 min more than expected, the pizza came cold, the soda I paid for didn't come and the person who got my phone call from the store just told me they can't do nothing about!!! They really don't care about the clients!!!
They never have pepper. I go here every once in a while and they never have pepper no matter what time of the day you go. They just pick and choose what customer they wanna give pepper or cheese. I know this because I have friends that work at several locations ?The person on the counter seems very interested in her job and could careless about her approach. Good pizza tho. ?
The staff is fine, they're friendly and the food is ok. The biggest problem with this Little Ceasars is they are not organized at all. I walked in to order and they said it would be about 10 minutes for the crazy bread, 15 minutes later someone else walks in orders and gets crazy bread instantly, so I assume they have the bread now, nope, still had to wait longer. I got my money back for the order and went somewhere else. Little Ceasars has lost my business.
I LITERALLY didn’t get what I paid for. I ordered and paid for an ExtraMostBestest Italian sausage pizza and when I got home,what few sausages it did have were laid out in the center sloppily. I wouldn’t be surprised at this point if they didn’t care. Probably won’t come here again
