I called my order in ahead of time which was only Italian cheese bread with extra butter and seasoning on top I waited 15 minutes to walk in the store and still had to wait an hour!! got my bread went to the car only to see they didn't have any seasoning on it and no extra butter!! So I went back in and told the lady in the front and she tells me to tell the guy in the back to put extra butter and seasoning!! She really told me to do her job by telling the guy to put extra better/ seasoningon my bread I would never go to this Little Caesars again
I will never go back to this place. They take forever. almost 20 minutes for a singular extra most bestest. The people in there are completely unprofessional and took forever for the reason that i believe they were getting high in the back. one of the guys came back and took my order and his eyes were bloodshot red and he was slurring his words. i cannot believe people work this way. if you cannot do your job right, don’t work. if your getting high in the back, don’t work. goodbye and thankyou. don’t come here please.
This little Caesars location consistently makes really great pizzas! We order pizza from them almost every Friday. I used to order by phone, and sometimes I’d have a hard time getting through or being heard. I finally started ordering online and using the pick up portal for faster service; it’s super convenient and easy. I don’t know what they do differently to their crusts, but I have had pizzas from several different little Caesars locations, and the crust at this one is amazing!
This place has always delivered. They claim to deliver. However tonight they refuse to deliver. The guy who answered the phone hung up on me mid question. The owner is new, apparently. I could not understand him on the phone. So I went down there. He told me they have never delivered, and accused me of "harassment " when I asked why they no longer deliver. Yea will never get pizza here again.
They are super busy every time I go. But they are very short staffed. But the guy I always see making my pizza and taking my order is nice. This is the Little Ceasars I know how their gonna make my pizza so this is the one I come to.
I've visited this little ceasers twice since moving back in the area and I must say after 3 years of being away they are worse little ceasers ever. Either little ceasers has gone soft on the ingredients or this location is terrible. The food is tasteless and the sauce has no flavor anymore and the crust taste like paper. I might take up on a diffrent location.
I was driving home from work and attempted to call in an order for 2 pizzas. Whoever was working answered the phone and said "we are very busy, please order online" and simply hung up. That was it. No "thank you for calling" greeting, just one sentence ordering me to order online and click .I had already told my kids I was picking up pizza and was only minutes away so I drove to the location to order there. 2 people were in front of me and were helped within minutes of my arrival. I waited approximately 10 minutes alone at the counter after the other customers left and was never greeted or even recognized by the staff members, even though they came to the front multiple times each to place upcoming orders in the food warmers. I was forced to finally raise my voice and call out to someone just to take my order and confirm my existence.I understand online ordering may be easier for the staff but I was driving at the time and couldn't do that. I also understand that businesses get busy. It was the the level of customer service that made me so mad that I'm actually writing this a full day after it happened (and I never write these type of things.) It was as if Little Caesars Lewisville was daring me NOT to buy their pizzas.From being hung up on, to failing to recognize me as I waited in the lobby, it was clear they had no intention giving me even the minimum amount of respect that should be granted a customer. By the time I did get service it was forced, no pleasantries, no apologies, leaving me the impression that I was bothering them in some way and that I should feel fortunate that they had taken time out of their busy day to help me. Maybe they were right. Maybe I should have been happy with really, really bad service since it was better than not getting any service at all. It shouldn't take nearly an hour to get 2 pizzas and I shouldn't be made to feel punished for my patronage or that I'm inconveniencing Little Caesars Lewisville in some way.I've used Little Caesars for 3 decades. I've had orders lost, occasionally poor service, but never any incidences like this. I just moved to TX and this LCs is the closest to my home (even though it's 6 miles away) but I will drive out of my way to get pizza from somewhere else in the future.
They are defiantly slow and unprepared for the night. But I understand they are short staffed but you can greet the customers while they wait 10min for you to take there order! But my issue is they would not make me crazy bread 15min before close but took this lady's huge order infront of me! Any food business takes orders till the last minute! Very aggravated. Yall need to come up with a system being short staffed. Make 20 pizzas before the rush. Greet the guest tell them you will be with them. And make sure they know how to count change!
I’ve been waiting 40mins for one pizza. I’ll be looking for another Little Caesars to order from. I even ordered online…. Don't waste your time and order elsewhere.
This what little Caesars calls 30% more... smh more like 30% less... I'm very disappointed. This was just picked up and yall employees are doing a terrible job of making you look good
