The food is absolutely delicious and very generous portions! A great combination of Cajun and bbq foods.There was only one guy working and he was very very busy and still took the time to go around to all the customers dining in to check how the food tasted and if they needed anything.Not only was it great food but also amazing customer service!
So much food. Absolutely delicious blend of cow, pig, and fish. You want it? They've got it. They have an awesome selection of sauces, extras, and dips for your dining pleasure. We ate in store and wow, the staff is so nice! You can definitely tell when someone loves their job, and these guys do! Have definitely found a new favorite place!
Loved the sauces, the pulled pork and the sausage. Great flavors all around. The gumbo was good too. Good prices and friendly staff.
This was really disappointing. I received a cat fish platter. This was the catfish that I received. Not as pictured on the site. I feel as though I got the left overs….There was no meat at all just batter. Everything was completely soggy and greasy. I will never try this place again.
I ordered the Bayou Fries and they were fantastic! Fresh cut Cajun fries with fried shrimp and fried catfish on top. I got the coleslaw on the side where it usually goes on the fries. That was fantastic as well. The swamp sauce was great and the crack sauce was great. I will eat there again!! Highly recommend if you are ever in Lewisville on FM 407.
Great service and delicious food. We had the smoked cheeseburger with blueberry bbq sauce and the Catfish PoBoy, and we were not disappointed.. fries were nice and crispy and their white crack sauce was the best. Definitely coming back to this place.. highly recommended!
Great customer service! Food was amazing! I got the catfish for my first time and the brisket nachos! Lots of flavors and definitely will be back.
Always drive by this place on the way home. Finally stopped and was about to walk in and try it out until I saw the only employee inside wearing a tank top. Never in my 4 decades of going to restaurants (including the most low-end fast food places) have I ever seen the worker handling my food wearing a tank top with hairy armpits exposed. Try going to the crappiest fast food place and you won't see it because they won't allow it. Should be common sense not to wear that but either the worker didn't get it or didn't care. Decided not to walk in and don't plan on it in the future.
We got a holiday ham from Kretzschy's for Thanksgiving. Brandon was a really decent guy throughout and explained everything really well. Everyone LOVED the ham. The blueberry bbq glaze was outstanding and the ham was easy to reheat on the day.It's quite far for us to go regularly to but I will 100% be back if I'm passing through or for holiday meats. Thanks a lot, guys. Great stuff.
Tried this place for the first time. Got the Cajun fries and they were awesome. Our brisket sandwiches had plenty of meat but it was a little tough. What little barbecue sauce we had on our sandwiches was good. I guess you need to by extra if you really want to taste it.I would say this is mainly a restaurant where you get your food to go. The drinks are sold in cans and the water is bottled. Maybe invest in a soda fountain? There are only four tables. Ours wasn’t that clean and it was a little warm in there. The workers were extremely friendly. If we get food here again, it will be takeout and we will buy extra sauce or just use bottled from home.
