Mrs attitude at the first window needs to be retrained. Shes rude and sound like she's angry not the right person for customer service. She told me she couldn't really hear me thru the window i get it that happens. I ended up with the wrong order so i came back and she got rude and loud like if i was personally blaming her. Mistakes happen i just wanted my correct order. The guy from the second window had to come and calm her down and tell her it was ok to give me my correct order. Never had an issue here until today. Don't think I'll be coming back because of her. For a second i was worried she might reach out the window or throw something at me. Very unprofessional. Never again.

I guess KFC has changed their recipe and sauce it’s horrible I’m so sad I can’t eat there anymore I used to love their food

The cashier was very rude today March 30, 2022 she refused to charge me for an extra side because I was holding her line and refused to help me in the window so I went in the lobby and she said she couldn’t help me because the lobby was for only pickups!

I'm was wanting fried chicken for lunch but changed my mind when I was not able to eat inside. They are only offering to go orders.

Sent my husband out while on my lunch to grab burgers since braums is a tad far. Of course he didn’t check the food. Burgers and Fries were old and cold.Next issue. I called in to inform the supposed “assistant manager” . She wouldn’t give me her name. As she proceeded to yell as if it was my fault that they gave cold food. Over talked me at every chance. Showed me exactly why her career is where it’s at in life.Never apologized.Never stated mam I understand your frustrationShe simply yelled. Then hung up on my face. I did not ask them to remake the food. I wanted a refund. Remaking the food didn’t solve my issue. Doing it right the first time would’ve.I wanted them to know we’ve wasted money and it was an inconvenience to me during my lunch hour. I will report the store to corporate. I also hope they can provide training to their “assistant managers” . She was ghetto, loud, and wrong. (I’m a proud black woman with class by the way) Yes I meant exactly what I said GHETTO and CLASSLESS.

I’ve asked my husband so many times to not go to this location but it’s the closest. You DONOT cook the tenders long enough !!! It’s nasty like bitting into a gummy bar of soap. Everything has an odd chemical taste. Oh and flat soda- change your CO2 ??‍♀️??‍♀️Y’all desperately need a visit from corporate!!!??

Avoid this location! The staff are rude and you get cold chicken and hard pickles.Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, after paying, the crew member said to 'Pull forward, it'll take a couple of minutes'. We requested it to be hot & fresh. She responded 'Duh, it's gonna be fresh'. Then after we started moving to the 2nd window, she calls out 'Where you going, I told you to wait here'. Then 2 minutes later a guy gives us the food. The chicken was cold and fried in reused oil and pickles were hard (as if it was still a cucumber) and got stuck in my teeth. Only positive was the chicken was juicy and cooked right. Not worth the money - get better food and customer service elsewhere.

As a delivery driver who visited this place at night, there were two options I could have taken. The first option was to wait in the drive-thru to pick up the order. By the looks of it, there were around 15 to 20 cars waiting, and not 1 car was moving for 10 minutes straight. Therefore, I took the second option, and decided to go inside the store instead. The door was locked. I assumed the store was closed, until an employee allowed an UberEats driver inside. So, since the employee allowed an UberEats driver inside the store, common sense dictated that I would also be allowed inside the store. However, as I was outside waiting at the door, employees in the kitchen were staring and laughing at me, possibly as an attempt to make me out as a crazed individual. I stood there with no emotion, being completely patient. After 10 minutes, the manager opened the door and asked me, "Can I help you?" I politely said that I was a delivery driver who was picking up an order. She told me to go to the drive-thru. I politely asked her why she allowed an UberEats driver inside the store, and disallowed me. Her answer, to my surprise, was blatantly cliche, as opposed to even attempting to give a specific reason over why I wouldn't be allowed inside the store, such as saying that the store was closed, for example.Instead, her answer was, "Well, just go to the drive-thru, okay?" At this point, I dared to reply back to her after being patient, and even replied in a polite way saying, "Well, it means you guys don't like me," and I immediately turned my back and headed to my car. As I was walking towards my car, she said, "Sure, you don't understand anything." Even at that point, I didn't turn my head around to look at her. I pretended I didn't hear anything.Since there were no specific reasons given from the manager to validate a refusal of service, and since this is the type of attitude that reassures that I would never receive service, this is by definition discriminatory, regardless of disability, race, religion, or anything else. Please refer to the employment laws pertaining to bullying and discrimination:42 U.S. Code Section 2000e-242 U.S. Code Section 12203

The only fast food place where you can get burgers and Mac N cheese. The Papa Burger looked delicious on the drive through menu, so I gave it a shot. The burger was cold and the burger bun had a weird taste. My pre-teen son got the Mac N cheese and it was good- so he said. Maybe not should just be a KFC, instead of a KFC and A&W.

I was shocked(by past experiences I had)and amazed all the food was fresh and hot and correct
