Great customer service. Clean and well kept counter space, floors, and tables. Food fresh and hot. Two thumbs up!
One of the worst place I have ever been gave you're wrong chicken then you come back to get a replacement they give you dried up burnt chicken that they were getting ready to throw away I would never go there again KFC in Lewisville off of Main Street
Chicken was raw and cold in the middle. Pop corn “chicken” in my bowl was inedible hard fried batter !! Not chicken
Keeps going download, service was give order drive to window and told cost take card and steps to. Women packs brings it over sets on counter and guy spends 3 minutes ignoring. Had to ask for receipt. Got home chicken good corn okay. Mashed potatoes. Were very very runny.
The wings were ordered at 9:30 p.m. and they were hard and overcooked. They clearly were not made fresh for my order.
I ordered 3 pieces got home there was only two in there tried calling no one picked up not good
Really disappointed with this KFC.Even before the pandemic they had issues. The service is fine, but they never have chicken, I mean I go here at least twice a month and they just never have it. They're always out of the extra crispy, then you accept that you'll take original and they inform you there's no breasts... I understand if I show up in off hours, but we typically try to show up around 6pm, so that they have everything, and they just never do.
The 3 stars is strictly from what I remember KFC being like. Today I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. Woo-hoo baby. Way better than Popeyes....by far.....good job KFC
