I placed an order through the Jimmy John’s app yesterday which was on Sunday. I waited about 45 minutes to an hour for my delivery. I then realized I was still waiting for my food to arrive. I decided to call to check on the order the manager/owner answered and stated he tried to call me on the number listed on the app to let me know that my order came in after the store was closed. I asked for my money back John explained he couldn’t get in the system to give me my money back etc.. and that he set my order for the next day to be delivered. Since John the manager/owner explained that he couldn’t do anything because the system was completely shut down that he couldn’t even get into it. I said okay to John even though he explained my order is set for delivery tomorrow at 10am. I waited for Jimmy John’s to open called at 10am and another gentleman that worked there took my call. I gave him my order number and he looked it up he explained my order was canceled. I asked why because the person that I spoke to which was John said that he put the order for the next day at 10. I asked to speak with the manager which was John and I didn’t realize it at the time I asked why was the order canceled when he said he set it for delivery today at 10am. He said I was persistent in wanting my money back so he stayed back last night to cancel order when he specifically said to me he couldn’t get into the system, and basically just apologize. To didn’t say anything about what he was going to do or anything after he explained to me the order was set for tomorrow delivery at 10.. then he says back I never told you that and it’s lie.. he continued to show no empathy or nothing about what he told me the previous day. I asked for the manager over him he said he was the owner and he could give me the corporate office to file a complaint.. again he showed no empathy or didn’t even care what he told me.. and failed to follow up with me to let me know what he did. I explained that was very poor customer service and poor management in the way he handled me. I wouldn’t recommend this location because customer service satisfaction is not a priority and the manager at this location didn’t think it was important to turn the situation around. I give this location a 0
The worst experience I have had with JJs...I will still grab a sandwich from them but they are no longer freaky fast and that was what I was impressed with alot of time
Great friendly staff. I live in Flower Mound and I still go out of my way to this location because my local one is awesome.
If I could leave zero stars I would!So I ordered on Sat at 1209pm because I knew they claimed to be fast. I prepaid online for delivery. Despite my efforts to reach store, no luck. 2 hours later still no sandwich. I tried canceling the order online with no luckMy sandwich was soggy and gross. The only thing they gave me was a cookie and no call or refund. I will never order from them again as bad customer service is an issue for me when I'm spending $20 on a sandwich.I even canand email.
Uhhh ?, I don’t understand these reviews. First time trying jimmy johns. good customer service, loved my sandwich and quick service. Will be back for sure
This location is clean inside and the employees were nice!Also, it smelled delicious!!
Always takes an hour to get a sandwich delivered. Half the time they call and say they’re out of bread.
Good sandwich...but you wait for it. Seriously Slow, not Freaky Fast! Ordered online 15 minutes before arriving, and then sat in the Drive-Thru for another 15. Not sure why it takes this location so long to make a sandwich
Like the sandwiches, but HATE the long wait times to get the food. Just over a mile away, and it can take an hour or more to get the food delivered. The “delivery tracker” needs to be updated to show when the food leaves for delivery and when to expect it. I honestly don’t know if I will be ordering Jimmy John’s again.......Freaky Fast?! More like Freaky Slow.
