I order from this location at least three times a week. Over the last two months, everything has gone downhill. Takes an hour for our sandwiches to get delivered, customization is never correct, not giving us enough meat like they used to, etc. I've had 3 orders cancelled by the manager because “their delivery driver’s car broke down”. Seems as if they only have 1 delivery driver, maybe consider hiring another one? Nobody likes waiting an hour for a soggy, incorrect, skimped sandwich. It’s frustrating because I used to love JJ sandwiches. I guess I’ll give Firehouse subs a try.
I ordered a sandwich with their online menu- it was supposed to come on wheat with with ham, provolone and I added turkey, and I received only a few thin pieces of turkey with no ham and no provolone. Ridiculous amount of money paid for this. This was my first time ordering from them and possibly my last.
Freaky fast sandwiches really take about 20 minutes to deliver. Delivery may be running late once in a while but I can still get a good sandwich. If it is running too late then just call the store and they can give you a coupon for a free sandwich.
I asked for extra vinaigrette....how hard is it to do this? I don't understand. Such a simple request

Wow. If catering for 30 people meant anything to these people they'd likely provide more than a sandwich meant for a hobbit child. Four bites was enough to finish the entire sandwich and although I was left unsatisfied and still fully hungry I'm happy to say that atleast the air in the bag of chips was filling.
The food is good and you get it quick not much more to say.
I love the rewards program and the tuna sandwich is amazing!
Wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the crew who worked on Sat 8/21 around 12pm. We went in looking for a last minute order for a small gender reveal party and they were nice enough to do it for us. We came back in a few hrs and it was ready. They were a life saver and huge help!! Thank you again for helping us out. As well they were made to perfection!!
Had an amazing experience with the team behind the counter. Our subs were fresh and delicious. We ordered 3 custom meals and they absolutely nailed it. Perfection was achieved and the staff was so polite and happy. Love this store and will be back over and over again. Thanks to the owners and staff for putting together a stellar team.
