I so wanted to enjoy a spicy chicken sandwich. It was so over cooked, hard and dry and to top it off my taste buds must be changing because I found its heat/spiciness too much and it had my mouth in flames which no Dr p gonna cool it down. Anyway, you know how when you eat something you oh so enjoyed but when you finish within a couple of minutes the taste was gone, well....that was not the case with this sandwich. So sad and so not satisfyingHappy eating or NOT now Go get your grub on
Terrible terrible customer service this morning. First their system was not working after making my sandwich. Not my fault it was theirs. guy even said so. I had waited on my sandwich. Just a sandwich and nothing else.Instead of customer service and give me the sandwich that was already made? your going to throw it away? No ok
The staff seemed to be in a flurry and confused. Food was ok. I have received better from Jack in the box
I moved to this area about two years ago and had no problem going to this jack in the box. In fact I would go out of my way from the main street location just to come here because they "were" more efficient. However as of recently idk if it's new staff or what but I've been receiving half cold food, workers who I just see stand around and gossip and not even a smile or thank you half the time. This is mostly in the afternoon after 7pm usually. I enjoy jack in the box but it's been more difficult lately justifying going over there.
Manager approached me as I was doing paperwork, and waiting on a friend to join me, and said I should not be there more than 20 minutes, due to the "Virus". I then reminded her, if I had eaten anything in her filthy Jack in the box, I most certainly would have gotten a" Virus", and been there slot more than 20 minutes!I won't go back!
As someone who used to work here and I really enjoyed the team, it breaks my heart when 9/10 times my favorite item, the Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack, is made incorrectly.I specifically ask for extra "Butter Dollop" or "Garlic Butter". Usually, much to my dismay, I'll receive it with none, to definately not extra. Instead, I will get extra Bacon Mayo sauce to the point its drenched. And as much as I like the sauce, it gets quite disgusting when all you can taste IS the bacon mayo sauce.If you avoid ordering that particular item, the food is fine. The chicken is especially good.
I preferred this location until recently. Not sure what happened to the good employees. My orders have been wrong the past few times. One time my salad was completely wrong, and they had put in shredded iceberg sandwich lettuce instead of romaine. I understand there’s probably been issues with lettuce lately, but no one said anything ahead of time. I take the salad back inside and they said “oh looks like someone made all the salads with sandwich lettuce.” Got a new one but it wasn’t much better - just chopped iceberg. My last visit was the worst and is the reason I won’t be back. If I still had the drive thru receipt and person’s name I would put it here. The wait was ridiculously long. I ordered six tacos and received four. They had my card for a very long time. I asked for it back. The drive thru person was a younger Hispanic man. He was immediately and excessively defensive. He said “I would never keep your card or overcharge it”. I never once insinuated that, I just asked for it back since I thought he forgot. I drove back and went inside to ask for the additional tacos. He was still on the defensive. I said nothing except I paid for six but I got four. He said “do you want to speak to the manager?” I said “no I’d just like the other two tacos.” He was extremely disrespectful. The man who was there when my salad was wrong went to make the tacos and brought them up. The drive thru guy said “watch out she might get offended”. He held the younger man back like he was going to fight me. I was just standing there. I said “it’s your fault the order was wrong, you took the order and payment and handed me the bag.” All I wanted was what I paid for, not an argument. I guess he’s used to Karens? But that day he was the Karen. Truly appalling but not sure why I should expect more from this restaurant chain.

It was my first time at Jack in the Box! This place wasn't good! The best thing this place has is the manager! He is AMAZING!!!! But he couldn't save the flavor of the food! The onion rings were without flavor but they were crunchy! The curly fries were depressing and burgers were blah! Nothing was good but at least the food was hot!
Great service and quality food.I’m so impressed.I’m always on the road and my office is mobile.I’ve been to a few Jack in the boxes.This location is one of my favorites.My food was fresh and hot, there generous with there portions. Keep up the good work Lewisville ??
