Worst Jack In The Box Location. Emu time I’ve ever gone here there has been things from my order missing never fails! No bacon or sausage on my jumbo breakfast platter. NO syrup for the pancakes. No sprite instead we were given Diet Coke twice! Is it really hard to do you job right! Missing curly fries. Never got out order of churros. This isn’t the only time this is every time I’ve gone they forget things!
Not great burgers but I love there grilled chicken club the jalapeño poppers are another one of my favorites
Food was delicious but the service was absolutely horrible!
I arrived to pick up a mobile order, and as in line for 20+ minutes with only two cars in front of me! When I got to the ordering microphone they said they couldn’t find an order with my name. I gave them the order number then it went quite before I heard welcome to Jack in the box what would you like to order? No acknowledgement that my order was being made whatsoever. Then when I finally get to the window no one is there! I see one employee sitting down but no acknowledges my presence. The employee then gets up puts together an order and tries to hand it to me without saying what’s in it so I say is this my order and repeat what’s in it and they say no. Then they proceed to make my order fill my Diet Coke 3/4th of the way full hands it to me and says nothing.
I went to Lewisville Store Friday about 7pm and ordered 8 Tacos. I got home and they gave me two boxes of mini Tacos and a small order of fries. No I had two grand children crying. I called to complain but no one answered. People. Check your bag before you leave the window.
Placed my order and was told to pull around and wait for fresh fries.. Ok fine I get it. So I waited for 20 minutes then finally got my food. Went home.and 2 orders of fries missing. Very frustrating. My fault I should have checked
Don't you just love ordering the loaded tiny tacos and then getting dry tacos that tasted burnt?? at least the poppers were decent
This location is off to a bumpy start but the new management is bringing this place back up. I've never had any food location reach out to me after having order issues. I look forward to my next visit :)
This place has changed for the better! New manager's name is KP, and he definitely cares. Better customer service and better quality food!
We went through the drive thru, at the time we ordered they were out of stuffed jalapeños, we ordered meals with curly fries, tacos and egg rolls. We finally got to the window and gave them our card to pay and they said it only works with the PIN, which we input and it didn't work so we had to get another card and finally it took that one. We should have been able to use the card as credit. Then we got home to find we received regular fries, not curly, and no egg rolls, which we were charged for. Of course they didn't give us napkins either. I love JITB, but they either get the order wrong or we're missing items almost every time, and it's getting really old!
