Unpleasant experience overall. Our waiter didn’t come back with our orders until 25 minutes into waiting for them, gave us our bill before getting our food ready, and forgot half of our order while still charging us for food we never got. When our waiter was reminded of this, they assured us that it would be brought in shortly—never arrived. To top the whole experience off, the other employees were very vulgar in the kitchen. A family for three were in the restaurant at that time and had to walk out because they did not want to expose their children to that. I stopped going here because the service was going down hill and honestly it’s only gotten worse. This is most likely due to the staffing issue because this location is unable to be open 24/7, however this is no excuse for this kind of behavior. At least own up to the poor management instead of brushing it off and talking trash about the customers in the kitchen.
The service here has gone way downhill! Last time I ordered dine-in and we ordered our items just as they are on the menu but it was made incorrectly. When we mentioned it and they waitress took to back, we could here the cook complaining about us being picky. This time we ordered curbside online and we notified them online that we were there and attempted to call in but ended up having to go in (which isn’t a big deal but they shouldn’t offer the service if they can’t provide it). My husband asked to speak to a manager as was told one was not available bc “they were too busy”. Finally get home and they packaged my food with my husband’s food, my order was wrong (again I ordered just as it is on the menu) and the food was very cold. We tried to give them a few chances but it only gets worse the longer this location stays opened imo.
Everything was a horrible. Food was cold. My son only got his bacon and a raw pancake. Was missing his sausage and I was never given the avocado they charged me for. Don’t waste your time and money coming here!
Nice and clean. Food tooka long time to get, but it was good when we finally got it. Everybody is super friendly. It's busy at breakfast lunch and dinner times but that's too be expected.
Did an order through Uber Eats and we were missing food. Went to pick it up and the managers on duty were so helpful. They remade all of the food for us and apologized for the mix up. Great service!
Terrible breakfast. Ordered country fried steak and when they got it to the table... no gravy. Said they were out of gravy. Then they said they would make some. When it got to the table it was one little bowl that was thrown together with milk, flour, salt and pepper and had the consistency of glue. We got up and walked out.
Yesterday I had one of the worst service at this location in a while. On Friday 2/18/22, I went to meet my friends at IHOP to play some games and to get dinner. We were a party of 4, we sat down and started playing games. After 20min of no service the waitress Sara checked on another customer who was behind us. I asked if we could get a food menu and my friend asked for a lemonade. Sara informed my friend “you can get one if you say please” then walked off. She did not ask the rest of the table if they wanted menus or drinks. After another 20min she came back to check on the customer behind us again to see if he was doing ok then started to walk off. I stopped her to ask her what her name was, Sara stated “why do you want to know?” with an attitude. “At this point in time we didn’t know her name.” She stated “why would I serve you guys since you have been rude to me”. Confused I asked her what did we do to be rude to her exactly, she then became more defensive and left. I got up and found the manager or lead on duty Cindy and told her about the situation. I was informed at that this point that the waitress name was Sara. Sara over hearing this conversation states “why did you tell me my name, I’m so done I quit”. I generally done leave a lot of reviews but this has been the worst service I have ever had. So I will be posting this review here, sharing on my personal Facebook feed and will be contacting the corporate office for this location. I tried to contact the store today to speak to a manager about the situation but someone would answer the phone then hang up the phone.
Used to be my favorite location, what happened ? Service is HORRIBLE! Slow orders , slow acknowledgment by the host im waiting as i type this 36:00 for just a short stack of pancakes ive gotten the same server twice he sucks! He doesnt know anything and is equally slow and not attentive he didnt come follow up not once or refill my coffee , didnt apologize for the long wait , brought out the wrong order. Bad move if he was hired out of desperation pull him off the floor. This will be my last visit

IHOPs all have good food, and this one is no exception. The building is old and seems a tiny bit gloomy, but it is a great place to get a meal while your car is getting worked on at discount tire or car toys nearby!
