Contrary to some resent reviews I took a chance today for a to-go order of traditional wings, loaded tots, and chicken buffalo sandwich. I checked the order before leaving, the order was perfect, the waitress was friendly, she helped me check my order, engaged me in a quick pleasant conversation. I'd have to say management is on the ball of insuring quality.I'll be back for sure.So now the food, again it met my expectations, it what I remember from years past, good quality, good taste, well worth the bad calories ?Good job team Lewisville Texas !!!BTW today's date 06/05/22, 4:45PM
Had to be one of the most average and disappointing meals I've had in a while. I got mozzarella sticks, a soda,15 wings and a order of waffle fries for $40. Although I got medium wing sauce and lemon pepper, the medium had no heat and just tasted like globs of butter. The lemon pepper seasoning was not sticking to the breading so almost all of the lemon pepper wings tasted like grease, tasted the same as Church's Chicken, not to mention some of the wings still have feathers. The mozzarella sticks were battered, they were okay, gloopy in the way low moisture mozzarella is, but the tomato sauce for dipping was insanely thick, was just huge chunks of tomatoes, couldn't get the mozzarella stick wet at all. I think the worst were the waffle fries, they were insanely salty and had a shocking amount of pepper on them, couldn't even eat a quarter of the basket. For what I paid I was extremely disappointed, would have been disappointed at $20 even. The server was fine, attentive with refills no complaints there. I would just skip this place and go to any other bar like this, bombshells, twin peaks, ojos locos, if you're in to that stuff.
Placed a Togo order at 6:30. Said pick up at 7:02. Waited for 20 minutes food came and the burger was messed up so they had to remake it. So rest of my food is in a bag on the counter until they bring the remade burger out at 7:40. Asked for a manager who was unprofessional and just made excuses and did nothing to make it right. Bad business. Drive the extra distance and go to a different location. I know I am from now on.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a togo order and did not receive cheese sauce for my fries or ranch with my wings. I called to let them know that and the girl who answered insisted she put them in there but I told her I was looking at the containers and they are in fact not there. I was just calling so they can be sure to double check for future orders and she hung up on me mid call. I wasn’t even being rude or anything. Just wanted to give a heads up. Very disappointed.
Umm so I hadn’t been in a hooters in about 8+ years but it was late and not that many places open. So I came in on a sat around 11 and I know it’s late and I’m keeping that into consideration but it was pretty empty and slow. First, the beer I ordered took a while to get, which was fine but it was a thing. Second the food was just not what I use to remember from here. The fries were soggy and the breading on the shrimp and wings were soggy too and falling off. But it’s late night and I get it, you get what you can get at that time but figured it could have been done better. To get my check, it took over 19 minutes of seeing our waitress hanging out with a table and the cooks before finally coming over to check on us and let us pay so we could leave. It wasn’t the worst experience ever but the food and the service on this time and at this place just wasn’t it then.
I made a bet with my bf about how long it would take for a server to come greet us. I won, as we could have walked out and nobody would have noticed. But we were hungry. No servers came to us. We had to go to the bar. The food wasn't great either. I can say that I've had food that tastes sad now. I suppose next time well drive the extra couple miles to go to literally anywhere else.
They were busy tonight and short on kitchen staff. We told them we didn't mind waiting and were seated promptly and brought drinks from the bar. Brenna was our server and she was so friendly and attentive. Food was probably the best we have EVER had here!!! Kudos to Brenna and the kitchen! ?
first off, what resturant does away with menus and makes you scan a qr code on the table for your menu? Appetizer came right out, along with drinks, food was taking a while. long enough I ran out of drink and contemplated getting my own refill, finally our waitress shows up, gets my refill and I saw our food in the window a good 10 minuets before we got it from a different waitress than our waitress. she was always doing something so it wasn't like she was just talking or not working, she was just extremely slow at customer service and typing orders into the computer. kids food was cold when we got it except the chicken strips had been re dipped in fryer, our wings were cold and the breading was hard as a rock, never got our side order of fries and asked for them to just be removed from the ticket. after the meal we waited for almost 30 mins before we asked another waitress, (the one who brought our food) for the ticket and she informed me she couldn't since it wasn't under her name, but said she would tell the other waitress. another 10 mins go by and we got our check and she never returned to take the card. after another 10 minutes we went to the manager and asked him if we could pay out. it was at this point when the waitress deemed it necessary to stand right next to the register the entire time we were paying out. I understand ppl get busy but the restaurant wasn't very busy at the time. so my review is just simply long waits for service. oh and bring back the menus.....
Always a great experience, our waitress was lovely the food was hot and tasted great. Beer was ice cold!! This is one of fav locations when we are driving through!
Ordered for pick up at 515. Food was cooked at 445 according to the ticket. It was stone cold when we got it home. Chicken was raw in the middle. Fries were missing. Tried calling and calling an no one ever picked up. Don't waste your time or money here.
