Alejandro is an extremely disrespectful and rude manager, and he literally baited me to write this review saying that I was trying to tell him to do his job or how to do his job when I was literally just asking questions in a non-hostile manner about the length of time it took to be served and the way he was treating Black people. If I could give zero stars Alejandro in Golden chick I would. Never coming back to this place again.
We went when they were about to closeWe ordered a 25 piece wicked wings w dirty rice. EVERYTHING was cold and old. Wings fried supper hard and dryPlus the rolls was a bag of stale burger buns not the rolls we paid for. We attempted to call the number on our receipt and no one answered plus there is no professional voice mail setup. DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTE OF MONEY POOR FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD RARE A 0 star. Waste of my $43.34
This place is horrible worst customer service I’ve ever experienced their phone don’t work so I had to drive back to the store how you charge me $44 for chicken that had sitting for hrs it was hard we couldn’t eat them and they wouldn’t give me a refund even with a receipt this place is trash ? it’s 2022 who doesn’t give refunds if we are giving you back your uneaten product!!!!!!!!!!!!
With every light on and 3 flashing open signs, it is very frustrating to face locked doors with no signage explaining why. This is both unprofessional and lazy. Best advice: eat somewhere that wants your business.
The food is great and the service is good, but they move slowly. It might be because of a lack of help, which seems to be the case everywhere right now. But go there knowing it'll take a little longer than might be ideal.

Why advertise something so much if you dont even have it?! And then be rude about it atleast let the customer know before trying to order then laugh while saying you dont have it
Past couple times I’ve been here it’s only been a one same man show from what it seems (taking orders, making food, cashier) golden chick need to give this man a raise. Obviously you can’t get him more help so give him more money. He deserves it.
Customer service is horrible from the managers at this location. Ordered 9 piece wicked wings they were hard as rocks Spent over $20. they said that they would credit me for when I can come back and my name would be on the list and when I went back to get them they said I couldn't because my name was not on the list. They said I needed my receipt which the manager before that did not tell me I needed my receipt. And for that reason I would never go to this location again due to horrible service!!!
First time customer at this location and wow, as soon as I pulled up I was promptly greeted, Naomi was my order taker and she is AMAZING! Not only was she sincere and polite, but friendly and smiling, service like that is hard to find nowadays. The order was correct, hot, and delicious! I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Naomi and the crew at Golden chick in lewisville!
