Third time shame on me for sure. The prices have gone way up and the portion way down. Five guys has been know for giant portions of fries. In the past a small fry was enough fill up 3 people. Last two times they have not even filled the cup let alone the usual overflow.This trip we sized up and they gave us a small fry that was about half full.I'm tired of this location and will not be going back.
It’s already bad enough that gas prices are $1000/gallon, now five guys is cutting back too ? The burger I got today was so small, it barely was the size of the bun. Usually the patty is bigger! And no fries at the bottom of the bag lol come on now, do better
Great burgers and fries. The shakes are really good. Prices are very high. But, still awesome burgers and fries. Right near Costco, great place to eat after a trip to Costco.
This location is not reliable. Placed an order for pickup and they close before 8pm on a Friday night. My wife is pregnant and wanted what she paid for and was denied and told she was being refunded against the hours stated online. Management and employees here are not reliable at this location and something should be done to correct hours stated online. It's inconvenient to have someone travel and rejected. Especially a pregnant person who is also deaf. The manager was pulling their own hair in frustration explaining they were closing early and would not be serving her. How low can one go to not do their job?
Very clean, friendly staff and fast service.Burgers and fries are good, but they are overpriced.
They are short-staffed so they don't open until noon, however the website allowed me to place an order for pick-up at 11 with no mention of the change. I arrived to a locked door and shrugs from the staff. I had to make other plans and asked that they credit my card back due to the misinformation on theirwebsite. They said they would. They did not.
This was the first time I've tried 5 guys ever. Man the food is incredible. Will definitely be going back. Ordered online. Got to the store about 8 mins after and burger was ready and didn't start the fries until I arrived. Everything was so delicious and fresh.
November 30th, 2021.I drove in from out of town. Checked into my hotel and wanted to snooze it but was starving. The closest place open on Tuesday at 7:30pm was Five Guys. They were fairly busy. I'm assuming because no other place felt the need to be open on Tuesday at 7pm.I am not exaggerating. Two young ladies were running this kitchen like you wouldn't believe! Never stopped moving. Never stopped communicating. Just never stopped!Taking orders, flipping meat, bagging and everything.I would normally expect 5 to 10 for my stuff. Nope. Done in 4!I wish I would have gotten their names but I didn't want to interrupt them.I don't normally do reviews but I was so impressed with them. I quickly gave them a tip, sorry if they're not allowed, and left to eat. Also awesome! Wish more operators had people like that.
I gave the guy checking me out a hard time about “the $10 cheeseburger better be good!” Well, he made sure it was. Ton of food. But the price is definitely up there. Friendly staff.
Over priced food, I can get better fries and a burger from sonic
