Great food never disappointed
In a nut shell, the staff began cleaning at 5 oclock on a Sunday with strong smelling and harsh chemicals just as customers including my self sat to eat. They were asked to stop or wait till after customers had finished meals and refused. The door was opened to allow for ventilation but the fumes lingered. typically order for delivery but decided to stopped in. The most concerning part is that these were used in the food prep and sandwich making areas as well, i barely trust you to make a sandwich now I know you have access to cleaning supplies of this strength, bad mix!
Staff was nice and apologetic for any delay due to being short staffed. My food was made in and delivered in a timely manner.They even checked on me hafeway through my meal. I do enjoy the difference in how the create their sandwiches.
The food is amazing but it is not at all clean or sanitary. It stinks really bad in there I seen roaches while waiting for my food, the ice had molding on it and it stunk really bad and the woman’s restroom is also bad… the mirror is dirty with white streaks there was a ring around the toilet and there was no soap what so ever. Lastly there was a male that went in the WOMENS RESTROOM and after returning back to the kitchen 2 of the male workers were flirting while 1 other female employee was working… I feel like they need new management and staffing ASAP!
We order 2! Large subs we waited like almost 30 min the cashier girl was totally fine really good person but the girls that where making the sub only gave us 1 sub and I told her we order 2 subs and we got charged for both of them and she kept saying it only said 1 sub and she didn't wanted to make the other sub cuz they where about to close
Great subs and very nice staff but INCREDIBLY slow... Do not visit this location unless you have at least 20 minutes to burn. Definitely needs to be more efficient.
First time trying this fire house since I just moved to the area. Staff was incredibly unprofessional, super audible about how much didn’t know/care about what they were doing. Waited 22 minutes for a BLT with hot peppers on it. Got home and found out alls I got was a BT, no lettuce. No Mayo. Wrong cheese and no peppers. Wasted my money, and the stores direct line is disconnected so I can’t even reach someone to get a resolution.
Went way downhill the last couple years
This place is litteraly a joke. Im sad to say between the 3 employees they couldn't complete our order , they were very unprofessional laughing about dropping all the bread . we ordered 1 steak and cheese and it took them over 20 min . and were still waiting . The manager sees them struggling and still offers mo assistance. They are like clowns.
I just got home after making a online order of two “HOT” subs, come to find out after holding my sub it’s colder then lunch meat. Very unsatisfied.
