I am a very loyal customer to Dunkin and recently moved to the area, so the Main Street location is the closest to me. The last week there was a lady in glasses named Kat, she seemed like she hated her job. She was rolling her eyes at me and other customers and whispering to other employees and laughing. It was extremely unprofessional. I noticed her doing this every time I came in, which was pretty much every day. I asked her for extra caramel for my coffee on one occasion and she got really upset and stormed off. I got no caramel. Then when I called the location to speak to the manager about this employee, he got really huffy puffy and hung up on me. I'm taking this to corporate. I definitely don't recommend this location to anyone. I'd rather drive to a different location after all that.
This is by far the WORSE Dunkin I have ever been to and I have been to alot of Dunkins. The coffee we ordered were horrible and when we voiced the problems with them, the manager Chris said "I made them myself and will not remake them for you!!" He was very rude and condescending. Any dunkin I have ever been to makes sure your coffee is just the way you like it and if not gladly remakes it. I WILL NOT be back to this one!!
Visited this Dunkin Donuts today to grab our all time favourite, Frosted Chocolate Donuts, and Cup of Coffee.The place was not at all busy, with just 2 Customers, who were together, were being attended before me. The place was clean and well organised. The staff were nice & professional . Since it is near to my residence, I have been there a lot and the cleanliness of the place and the Customer. Service has always been GR8 !!!!
Our food was literally poisoned. We each took one bite and instantly new it contained grill cleaner. Took it back to the store, manager named Chris could care less, said that’s impossible we don’t have grill cleaner (our food reeked of a cleaner substance) acted as if I was the tenth complaint of the day. It’s just a poorly ran store and needs management change. I don’t know who hurt that man but it’s obvious he doesn’t care and is running a sinking ship.
large hot caramel craze latte, one extra expresso shot, snackin bacon ?, and hashbrow. Everything was great, except my hash browns.
The blonde lady that took my order was extremely rude! I asked for a sweet tea with little sugar or half unsweetened and half sweet; she kept on getting confused and made a really sarcastic face! She couldn’t even ask me to repeat or explain again for about I wanted. She just made this super sarcastic face like she has no idea what I was talking about and as if I was dumb. Even if she didn’t understand me, she could have been nicer and asked for me to explain again instead of having an attitude. I don’t understand her problem, but she was either having a bad day or shouldn’t be working with customer service. THEN when I asked for a donut with chocolate frosting she again made the same sarcastic face like I was dumb or as if she was confused and wanted me to clarify. She could have simply said “Ok this are the donuts we have with chocolate frosting” I’m not supposed to know all the donuts they have. She wanted me to be more specific, but was really rude. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also the donut didn’t even taste good. It tasted like it was made yesterday. Would not be coming back here again
Even signature lattes lack much flavor. I could get similar coffee for a third of the price at the nearby RaceTrac. The best I can say is that the food options are generally good
I have been going to Dunkin’ for the majority of my life. As an adult for the last 12 years. Been to Dunkin’s all over the country and in airports.The 2 coffees I got to day have to be in the top 3 of worst orders I have gotten from Dunkin’. I’m honestly a little uncertain they even gave me coffee. I’m pretty sure it’s ice,cream,sugar and hazelnut flavor.This is a result in several people failing. Poor training, poor management, lack of common sense. The 2 coffees I picked up in a hurry today. I highly doubt are edible by anyone standards. Notice in the pics below how the label even says 1cream 1sugar.
Right into the trash….When I asked if they had donut holes and he said “a few” so I ordered 10pc assorted. They gave us donut holes that were obviously from yesterday. Then I ordered ham croissant and they said they didn’t have ham. Then I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich because the picture looked so good. (See photos)I’m very thankful I didn’t waste more of my money on coffee!
Ordered one latte and sat in drive thru line for about ten minutes with people in front of me. Didn’t have drink ready and they had me park and wait? I had no food at all. One drink. They worked on the car behind me who ordered a bunch of drinks and food.
