Love how i can call and simply ask for the cheese on top instead of the bottom and told no we cant do that and when state yall have i get told oh we r too busy to do that like it takes the same amount of time
Store isn’t open during advertised hours, both on google and dominos app. Employee also hung up without any explanation mid sentence.
Best Dominos I have ever had. Ordered 1x a week from there for a whole year when I lived nearby. The pizzas were always made so fast and with so much quality.Now I moved to other city and it’s impossible to find a decent dominos in the area.Really miss this one from Lewisville!Congrats to the staff and manager of this location!
This store has good employees. They are friendly, polite and accommodating. If you ask for your pizza to be made while wearing gloves, they will honor this request. Theo is fantastic and great with customer service. It is a terrific place to grab a late night dinner.
I'm so disappointed with my order tonight. I order regularly and have never had a problem. Tonight my pizza is cold, hard and burned
They will NEVER get my business again!! I called today 12/13/2021 at 6:30pm and a guy answered who didn’t give his name and said this is domino’s we are closed right now and didn’t allow me to respond just hung up in my face!! I called right back to get his name and he didn’t the same exact thing!! We are regulars but they’ve now lost my business!!
Tried the chicken alfredo today and was incredibly disappointed at the portion of the food for the price. The bowl isn’t even halfway full and you can see the bottom of the bowl in multiple spots. You could probably get three times the food out of a frozen dinner from the grocery store for a third of what this embarrassment from Dominos costs.
I order from this location on a weekly basis! They’re always timely, food is delicious and staff is kind. I’m always quick to tip drivers because service is SO good. Love this location

Worse Manger ever sick of the rude remarks from your Manger. I'm glad to know that food safety and public health issues are something to laugh at........ lots of other locations to choose from in the area hope they close this one soon. Called back to talk to the main Manger this morning and was told he heard the whole thing and he did not feel the need to do anything. As he was already clocked out for the day. Thank you Baylor for not caring about the public around you.
