This DOMINOS ain't worth the time! They have mistakenly delivered to the wrongs household MULTIPLE times and when we call to get it corrected, they had the audacity to state that we SCAMMED them!!! Like your delivery driver delivered to the wrong household and we our order was almost 2 hours late once and 1 hr and a 30 min late another time because of the wrong delivery but yet WE SCAMMED YOU!!!!! PLEASE unless you have to go to this location choose another one as they are not respectful of ones time and money!
I’m so frustrated and disappointed in this location and the people running it. My card was fraudulently used and they were aware of it, police were involved and the GM as well. They knew that the order placed using my information was fraud and they still charged my card for whatever reason instead of cancelling the order like the did with the first attempt that was made. I called the store about it and was given all this information by a manager named Brian, and when I asked if he could refund my money to my card he basically told me no and that he had to get “further information” from his GM about why they didn’t cancel the order the night it happened and then directed me to just taking the issue up with my bank. The excuses for why he needed to get permission to refund my money that they know was fraudulently charged didn’t make sense. Today I called back after going to my bank to file the dispute (the bank by the way said it would have been easier for the restaurant to just do the right thing and process a refund when I asked) I talked to another manager who took the same information down as I gave Brian, and then I was promised that I was going to get a call back from the GM with more information and an explanation as to why they decided to still charge me on a order they knew to be fraudulent. I have not heard from anyone since I called at 10:16 this morning (5/26/2022) and it’s now 7:20 in the evening. I’m starting to get the sense that they either don’t care about fraudulently charging customers or they’re hoping I just forgot about the almost $60 they’ve charged me. By the way I don’t even live in Lewisville so that just adds insult to injury.
The pizza was amazing but the wings were so chewy and had no chicken in it I had to spit it out never getting wings from there again what a waste of money.
Not open during stated hours. Says they’re open till midnight most days but was told on the phone they close at 11pm. Bummer I really wanted a pizza.

So proud of your team for showing up, especially with a hill like that for a parking lot. THANK YOU! Totally understand you not delivering but we were happy to come to you and all of you were so warm in your welcome, and working hard. Everything was PERFECT as usual, you never disappoint us, and even if mistakes are made, you always make it right with the pleasantest of spirits. I hardly order from this store anymore, never turns out right. Today I used my free rewards for a pizza, I also ordered some cheesy bread. I paid extra on the pizza for pan, it’s pan as thin as a thin crust *pics
Ordered a well done pizza with extra sausage. The toppings were so skimpy it was closer to a flat piece of baked bread. Skip the salad. Last weeks lettuce.
The best Dominos delivery experience I have ever had! Our neighborhood dominos is so awful that Ive stopped ordering. Im stuck in a hotel away from home. I got here tired & hangry. My order was delivered within 20 minutes, hot and fresh, by a cheerful driver. Instant mood improvement!
Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza today and when we got it hardly had one chicken piece in each slices. Very poor. They should have been more generous, otherwise dont sell it. Disappointing.
Good place to go. They are quick and friendly. Really enjoy the coupon deals.
