Ate here a week ago just wanted to shout out to the staff . They did a great job guiding me thru the menu options . Played it safe with the rib plate ! What a great meal ribs baked potato casserole and slaw . Very happy

For a chain, this place really captures the mom and pop feel. The staff is very friendly and they turn out some great bbq.
I like to get a two meat plate and try different options each time. Lot's of variety that way. The brisket and the pulled pork are probably my favorite though.
Nice Dickey's location in Lewisville. Prompt service. Friendly enough. Smoked meats were tasting just right.

I give credit to Dickey’s for their meat being moist tonight, but it was so very bland. Neither the brisket nor the ribs had much flavor to them and there was no bark. They say they smoke their meat in the Old Hickory they have back there, and that they use real hickory wood, but there was no smoke flavor to the meat and no smoke smell in the air. The kid behind the counter was confused when I asked for my brisket cut from the point. If you want real BBQ, spend a little extra money and go to a real BBQ place like Hutchins, Pecan Lodge, or Terry Black’s.
