I get blizzards a lot. I walked into this location and you don’t even get greeted. All the girl at the front said to me was “delivery?”. She assumed I was DoorDash.The worst part is regularly when I go here, the blizzards are pretty much melted already. They even put a lid on top of my blizzard because it was so runny and milky. I won’t go to this location anymore.

Store open until 11. In the drive through at 9:30, it does not move at all. Got out of line at 9:45 to go in. As I approach the store, two employees sitting outside eating food yell across the parking lot that the dining room is closed and to go to the drive through . When asked what was going on, as the line wasn’t moving, they inform me and my family that there are only two people working, as they are too young and had to clock out. Left and went to Braun’s and I won’t be back.

2 Med Pineapple Sundaes cost over $9 with tax! ?Had to go inside because the drive-up had 6 six cars in front of me. After waiting over 15 minutes to move up ONE car, I parked in one of the curbside parking spaces and went in! I believe the problem seemed to be not enough staff. I got in line at the drive-up at 7pm. Got out of line and went inside at 7:17. Did not get waited on until after 7:26 and finally got my order to-go at 7:37! There were customers behind me waiting when I left. You could tell they had been trying to clean up because there were several piles of of dirt that just needed to be swept up. The person who waited on us was nice however. She confessed to being "a multitasker". And handled it well as far as I could tell. But she definitely needed "more hands on deck!"

Called tell manager that I had pecans in my blizzard, which I did not order because of allergies to nuts. While asking about the issue, the on duty manager talked over me, and continued to do so very rudely. When I was finally able to speak, I asked for the contact information for her boss; she refused, and then started to talk over me again. Very unprofessional conduct! This manager doesn't know how to own l work with customers and should be fired.

I usually come here to get blizzard’s cause I love them, I haven’t tried the food but I recommend the blizzards with my eyes close

Customer service says you have young kids working at the window they get your order wrong they don't care like yeah the food is gone down the

Great service by the cashier, I believe her name was "Nyla" she was running back and forth attending everyone, she has a great attitude, and attended to every customer. On the other hand whoever the manager was, or whoever was in charge was very unprofessional. She shouted in front of customers to the cashier, im not sure if she was under duress or can't handle the lunch rush but she definitely needs better training or she needs to step down and let someone lead by example and not create a toxic environment.

Always have had a good experience place. Love the cheesy steak fingers. But MAN service this Friday was so desperately slow. We stayed in line close to 20 minutes it felt like before we pulled off from waiting too long in the drive through.

Order inside only. They are for sure going to forget something or give you the wrong thing. At least inside you can correct them.
