WOW ! I just installed the DQ mobile app, so I could see the Menu prices and order for pickup at the nearest DQ.Guess what ? You can't see the Menu and none of the DQ's around me deliver, so their delivery services are NULL and VOID and you can't order for pickup and you can't see their menu.What a waste of time.
On April 3rd I went here for the Steak Finger Basket. I was promptly greeted and my order taken. So far, so good.The meal was delivered after a while however, it was barely above room temperature. The Steak Fingers, the fries, the gravy. Either it was not freshly cooked, was not under a Hot Lamp, or just sat on a counter. So disappointed.At least the blizzard after was good.
Got a free dilly bar from my last visit that was awesome! My blizzard dripped on the ground when she turned it upside down and it melted rather quickly. All the cashier said was oops ? I should have had it remade, but what can you say...it's fast food.

Great place. Clean friendly. ND the girls behind counter r so sweet will always come eat here, dq is great.
Always great for a blizzard or a burger. Tacos are surprisingly decent. Drive thru is not fast but worth it since they don't make it til you order
DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. First of all they gave me ketchup packets with a glob of another type of sauce on them , then every food item I got was cold like it’s been sitting in the fridge then our drinks tasted like it they poured water in it
The customer service is great but is the gravy supposed to be watery? It tasted so bad. Maybe I got a bad batch.

I felt bad for the three workers there ... The line was long you could tell they were stressed but they handled it as best as they could those three on Friday night y'all deserve a raise... Just saying ? thanks for being so patient hope you hire more people ?
