The store manager here is second to none! He personally greets every customer, makes sure the pizzas are fresh and the tables are clean.He is doing an amazing job even being visibly short handed. Kudos, this is our family's go to pizza place!!
They were fast and efficient! I love Cicis but this one is tip top! Bring your family and friends and don't break the bank

The food was fine as I'd expect from CiCi's. But the people working there said nothing, didn't talk to anyone that was eating either. That includes the manager who spent his time on his phone, not talking, but doing something. Very disappointing. This was my first time at this CiCi's. The one I used to go to has closed.
The manager at this Cicis is THE BEST. I didn’t get his name but he is tall with grayish hair and a beard. He was extremely nice and brought a lot of energy to the store, super kind and the best manager I’ve seen at a cicis
Robert was awesome! He helped our Forney High School Percussion group! There were 42 in the group! He snd another employee blocked off tables for us ahead of their arrival. Robert greeted the students at the door! Super friendly guy, and great place for a large group of students! Thanks Robert and the whole crew!!
Robert was at the cash register. Most enthusiastic restaurant employee I've come across. Very pleasant and refreshing these times we are living in.
Last week I went to eat there. When I was eating I see the guy who made the pizza using the phone. I ordered a pizza to go and I stayed in the front of the cashier to see I he would wash his hands before made my pizza and guess what? He didn't... ???
