Very disappointed in the Coleslaw. It isn't fresh. Like it's 2 days old. It used to be green when it was fresh. Now it's yellow and old tasting. If you're trying to save money, don't mess with the freshness.I will not spend my money on the slaw again.Everything else was delicious.KFC & Popeye's suck.Don't.be like them.
Not opened during business hours. You walk to the door, it’s locked, and the workers just look at you like they don’t know why you’re there. Then I called in to see what time they would be unlocking the doors. Well couldn’t do that because the line was busy like the phone was off the hook. Either the sure needs to be updated with business hours or the restaurant needs to be open when it shows open! This is inconvenient for ppl who are trying to come and get food on their lunch breaks and they can’t do that if the doors are locked.
They need to be removed from all of the delivery apps. Out of four orders placed they’ve cancelled 3 of them - and the one that they did follow through on was wrong and the food was mediocre at best. They won’t answer the phone so you can find out why the order was cancelled and if pick up is a better option. So now we get to wait up to 7 days to get our money back. I can definitely understand the negative reviews.
They were super busy but still kept calm and pushed through! Had some upset people because they had to wait but they could've went else where! All the food was great!
It was super busy when I went (they were packed), but they did a great.job getting orders out, keeping customers calm and got everyone on their way in a timely manner.
The service was horrible. Chantel was very rude to her co-workers and customers. She displayed a horrible disposition, there was no fresh chicken fried and it took 40 minutes for the order to be made. She became angry, because one of the crew offered to give a customer 50 cents out of her pocket to a customer and started another argument telling the co-worker not to help the customer. The co-worker explained it was her own money, but she said, she didn't care don't give them your money.She was cooking the chicken, and when asked how much longer, her response was " I told you, you just need sit down and wait.She didn't just make the customers uncomfortable, she created a hostile work environment. It was my first at this location, however it will be my last.Customer Service is just as important as the food. Very unprofessional.
This location has greatly gone down over the past few months. Tonight was the slowest ever and I still received old chicken and okra. They were out of most of the side on the menu also. The staff was the least friendliest by far since I started going here 2 years ago.
They were out of biscuits and didn't know when they would have more. And unfortunately a worker was arguing with a customer upon my arrival about an order, so that wasn't a good impression.Although the staff seemed friendly, they seemed very overwhelmed/overworked and irritated so I understand that part.The wait for chicken was definitely over an hour so we ended up just leaving with nothing.
I have never been disappointed by the chicken. Never, and I have been going here for two years. Sometimes you have a long wait, but I have never been served old chicken, and it's always juicy and delicious. Sometimes you have to wait for spicy, but its because it sells and is worth the wait. the prices beat KFC for sure, and the chicken is better.
I just got a 5 piece tender combo. They were out of mac and cheese, green beans, and mashed potatoes! I get home and the chicken is cold and dry! This is seriously the WORST chicken place in Lewisville.Never again. I'd give zero stars if it was possible.
