I have visited this location on many occasions and had little to no issues until recently. I like Chipotle in general, but this location is the absolute WORST. I use the app to save time and there is always something missing on the order or the portions are just garbage. Look at the reviews and you'll see I'm not the only one who has negative things to say about this place. My last order was a burrito bowl with double steak and queso on top. I get home, open the bowl container and what do you know? NO STEAK AT ALL nor was there queso. Is it THAT hard to read a ticket?!? I complained on the app to some generic bot/employee named Pepper and I got a free entree. Okay? But that doesn't put the $30 back in my pocket. Avoid this location. Portion sizes are a joke and they can't even read the tickets to make sure orders are accurate. I'd gave one star because I can't go any lower.
Location says it closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9:25 and everything was already put away. I tried to order from my phone and since it was now 9:35 now I wasn’t able to order that way either. I just wasted 20+ minutes of my time. If you say you close at 10 you should serve food until 10..! Not have your workers ready to head out the door by 10.
Worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. The girl who checked us out (04/10/2022 5:10pm) Long dark hair, worst attitude. We wanted to use coupons and she said that the coupon was in app only. Nowhere did it say that on the app at all. we then tried to use another and she wouldn’t tell us politely why we couldn’t use it other than the fact that “it’s always been like that so i don’t know what to tell you” we had no idea. Definitely never going back to that Chipotle again. Super disappointed.
I’m done with this place. It’s always filthy, every table is dirty, trash is piled up. The staff could not care less about food quality and proper portions. AVOID THIS MESS!

I was served raw steak. Not undercooked, but raw. I eat my steak medium rare so it wouldn’t bother me normally but to have raw steak sitting like it was and then serve it is dangerous. New guy is also unable to wrap a burrito. This is the absolute worst run chipotle I’ve ever been to.
I'm giving this 4 stars for my daughter. I'm not a fan of Chipotle. My daughter has to have it any time we are in Texas. She loves it.
My girlfriend and I went to this Chipotle location for dinner, we were craving it badly just to get there and all our food was proportioned very poorly, the bowl was less than half full and that's after me telling them to please fill it up a bit more and even with double chicken, the bowl looked like a kid's meal. With our other Chipotle locations the bowl is always full and double chicken/steak is always "Double". We paid over $30 for only two meals that didn't satisfy and had us questioning this location, will not go back to this Chipotle again.
I couldn't believe when the employee put literallyhalf a spoonful of everything on my bowl, I wastoo shocked to say anything but my boyfriend whowas ordering after me asked for a little more onhis and the employee put even less than half aspoonful the second time. Two bowls came out tobe over 30 dollars and the meals were not filling atall. We saw other customers saying "can you put alittle more" as we were leaving. Felt like we gotripped off.
I noticed it's always quite busy when I visit this location, but the service and attentive staff make it worthwhile. Food is always fresh.
