They’ve gotten better, have opened on time & I really appreciate that! Food is always really good. Glad they listened to my feed back.Way to bounce back guys!
Another customer unfortunately took my pickup order during lunch time. All the employees were understandably very busy and they were able to make my order again really fast.Props to them for making it right under pressure!
We’ve been coming here for years.. never had an issue. Today we went in and attempted to order a quesadilla… we were informed that we can only order it online. Crazy right? They make quesadillas, but you CAN NOT order it in person. If you want a quesadilla you have to order it online to have it made. The dumbest b.s I’ve ever heard. I’ll pass!
I’ve come to this chipotle for over a decade, the service has been terrible in the past few months, the opened 40mins late last week which made me late for work! I pay extra for double chicken & I feel like they barely give me any chicken in my burritos. Burritos used to fill me up for work I just ate & im still hungry l! You pay all this money for upgrades & they act like you don’t. & the Fresca has been watered down & terrible! Terrible management with the food portion, they can even open on time .I continue to go because it’s in walking distance if my job.
I ordered a chicken burrito from the main street Lewisville texas location thru door dash on Saturday March 5th. The order got here quickly. When I got it out of the bag it was ice cold. I tried to eat it but the tortilla was like rubber so I ate some of the filling and didn't taste right shortly after I threw it all away I began to feel sick at my stomach. Today is March 7 I'm still sick and throwing up and awful diarrhea. I will never eat there again it has ruined me from this restaurant. DON'T EAT THERE!!!
After 10 years of going to this location...I now go out of my way to the one on I-35 or pay 10$ more, yes, they're that bad now, to order from another city.The old staff is still great, chef is always on top of it. But over half the people who actually attend customers have issues. Far too slow, far too aloof, or rushing so much that the order is completely wrong, **or contaminated with something because it was added and removed (^STOP DOING THIS ^. YOU ARE VIOLATING ^ HEALTH POLICIES FOR RELIGIOUS, ALLERGEN, & MORAL STANDINGS.)**
Terrible. Ordered through UberEats. Once food arrived I opened my bowl to find plastic and rotten black lettuce. How does this even happen? I was offered a refund when I called and complained. That didn’t satisfy me so I went up to the store to show the manger what I had received. The manger was too worried about her boyfriend who was standing waiting on her to even really care about the situation. Terrible food quality! I won’t ever be back and I will be taking this to corporate.
I normally love Chipotle, but this location misses the mark. Don't even bother ordering ahead because it's going to take forever every time, just go through the line. They barely give you any food in your bowl also, if I'm spending $10+ on a bowl it should not look like a kids bowl. They need to do better at this location.
We love Chipotle, but our experience here was not good.The taco shells were tasted like they were stale. The chips were pure oil floaters.Got the looks just for asking extra sauce. Wish Chipotle just give these extra sauce for a payment or something. Sauces are great but tough love from those behind the counters.
I always like Chipotle, they have a good selection of foods and take care of you quickly. Watch out for you salad dressing though they often forget to give it to you - and you realy want that dressing! It is delicious.
