The only reason why I rated them a 3 is because of the bartender Tray, other then that I would've given them a 1. I ordered the salmon and it was dry and burnt on the bottom. I returned it and waited about 25mins to receive a new one. It was burnt worst then the first one! Tray did apologize for the inconvenient and ask me if I wanted to speak with the manager, so I said yes. The GM came by (sorry I didn't get his name) but all he said was sorry. He didn't even offer to remove my $5 drink! I think he needs a few more classes on how to keep a good customer happy. I've come to this Chili's several times and have never encounter poor service. I was truly surprised.
Well it was my birthday and it wasn't going well for me. Stopped by to pick up dinner Had 2 top shelf margaritas which rocked my world. Bartender had a great attitude (homeless looking guy from an island somewhere off a coast. Placed order about 7:20pm Got order about 7:50. Yea it took that long. Finally get it and I go. Rented a room for the evening. Get to the room and could not imaging the fact that there was no napkins, forks, knives, salt or pepper. Front office didn't have anything but a spoon. Ever try to eat ribs or the new huge burgers with plastic spoon? The ribs had a funny taste to them so we thru them away. Burger on the other hand was great. Not having untensils and a semi hot meal, my order had obviously sat in the window to long. So, way to go Chilis, you batted a 1000 on this meal. For starters it was my bday dinner and made me late
Order didn't take too long to get. Food was as good as can be considering we didn't start eating it till we go home. I would have to say that I think they're salsa cups are either too small or more should be provided for the amount of chips provided. I would even go so far as to say that would earn a 5-star rating for me because of my expectations of what Chili's is.
Ate there on Thursday night and got deathly I’ll. Not only did my food come out wrong the service sucked. They had plenty of wait staff so you can’t use that excuse. When they came back with the correct food it was right even then. When I said I didn’t want it because it wasn’t right they still charged my friend for it. Got the molten cake and they must have spit in it because I got very very sick. Never ever will I eat at Chili’s again. They used to be my favorite.
Great location. Service was wonderful, our server was super attentive and food came out quickly even though they were pretty busy. Burgers and Texas cheese fries are my go to and they never disappoint!
I will start by saying our server was incredibly friendly and very attentive however the restaurant was freezing cold. We were not the only ones that were cold. Lots of people were dining with jackets and hats on. The food here used to be really good and fresh. Our food didn't taste bad but it seems so pre-prepared. Are margaritas were also served in martini glasses which only enables the restaurant to charge you more for Less.
My family loves Chili's, but we love this particular location! Great staff, the food is always tasty and the perfect temperature. We definitely will be back.
Most of the food and service were pretty good, except the Chili was kind of disappointing. One would think that a restaurant named Chili's would have better chili. It was okay but I wouldn't recommend it.
Sissy is the best bartender and the quesadilla salad is amazing. Recommend 10 out of 10. Awesome ?!!!
Really bummed on my experience ordered shrimp fajitas and asked for them well done so they'd have crispy marks imagined them sizzling but when they came out they were just there no sizzling no crispy marks she could have brought them out on her bare hands no need for a hot plate. After the first one everything was cold the margarita was ok gave me heartburn and encouraged me to finish my food. I think I hate fajitas now.
