SIMPLE. I ordered my food online and went to the store to pick it up. Huge drive thru line so went inside to get my food. Some Asian manager said “nah nah nah. You have to wait in the drive thru line”. Very rude like. Why ask me for my make and model of my car if y’all make me just get in drive through for an hour. What’s the point of ordering it online? Cause they make it when I order so by the time I pick it up at the window- hour later cause of the drive thru- THE FOODS COLD!!!!!!!!!!! What’s the point of it chick fil a ????? Please tell me
It is expected when ordering fast food that, occasionally, a mistake is made. However, never before have I had the experience of an entire meal being so wrong.My order was 2 Large 12 count nuggets meals with coke no ice for both, and 1 Large Chick-Fil-A Delux meal, no pickle, with a coke no ice. With a large meal, you would expect a large drink and fries.What I received was 2 12 count nuggets with coke no ice and medium fries, a Chick-Fil-A Delux with Pepperjack cheese, and 1 large drink, no fries.When i saw them hand me the drink carrier with 2 mediums and 1 large, I thought, 'It is alright, drinks are okay to be smaller, need to drink less soda anyways,'. But I should have checked the bag then and there. Instead, I discovered the essentialy different order I recieved once I was home, passing out food to my room mates.I am sorely disappointed by how badly this order was messed up and will not return to this establishment again.
This location needs to be reported to corporate and closed down. Like warm food, old food, half way full containers, watered down drinks etc etc. The quality used to be on par with every other location and I’m not sure what has happened but it’s terrible now. Not sure if this is a franchise location or not but if so, corporate should look into the owner of this location, bad for business.
The only location I've been to that will have wait 10min in line b4 10:30am and when you finally get to the ordering speaker lie about being sold out of breakfast items. They will even cancel your order at 10:26am in the app. I was trying to place the order while I was waiting in line but I get to the end and it tells me my order has been canceled bc breakfast is over. All other locations I've been to made sure those that were in line before 10:30am were served breakfast if they wanted. We weren't lied to. And Chick-fil-A is supposed to have this excellent service yeah right. Liars!!!
Always excellent food! I only wish this location to have the drive-through capabilities that the new stores have with multiple lanes. I know it's not possible with the store because of the footprint of the plaza it sits in.
You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-a. I really only eat the fries and kale salad from here but the fries are ALWAYS fresh which is great.
I am disappointed. I am a daily customer and order spicy chicken sandwich everyday. I ordered one at 9:30 pm today and they gave me a soggy bun and stale tasting chicken. I know that it is laying there from a long time and not fresh. I hate to be treated like this even though they charged the same amount as everytime.
Extremely slow drive thru. Bad customer service. Only bad chik-fil-a location I’ve ever been to. I’m surprised they are even allowed to use the name.
Place is always busy but you get in and out pretty quickly so it's not a big deal. Order always correct and everyone is always polite. Hands down fave location.
I ordered a party tray the day prior, and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff had not even started my order. I heard them mention that it was on the screen, and that no one had started it, even though it was placed over 15 hours in advance. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes, only to be abruptly handed my food without a word. I did not even receive an apology, let alone any complimentary treatment for my inconvenience.I only post this because this is not the usual experience I have at this or any other Chick-fil-A. Due to the usual exceptional service and quality, I have a very high standard of expectation for this restaurant, which is why this experience was particularly shocking.
