? Chick-fil-A always a long time favorite. Nope, nothing wrong here. Just great food, polite workers (very) and super clean. Watching little ones in the play area while munching adds to the enjoyment ?
That’s disgusting this is the first time I go to this Chick-fil-A and I see a terrible service with rude experience when I spoke to the manager she was so rude I am not happy with the service the corporate need to do something with it
I went there in the morning and the staff who works there treats me so bad, very rude and after i talked to the manager they give me my order and it looks like anything but chik-fil-a breakfast…. I am not happy at all from this service at this location.. that’s not how shall you treat your loyal customers

This location is my fav but been slowly falling off , i come here vs Round Grove location in Lewisville both are equal distance but they are mean over there managers too. This location is falling off with quality checks, i order ice cream and either get a fork or no spoon at all , how do i eat ice cream with a fork? They never include napkins , are we cutting cost that you cant give one napkin? The sauces , they flat out forget to put in the bag and forget salt packs when you ask for them . They are very nice just wish they did better checking that everything the customer need or asked for is in the bag .
MMMMM-Good, great location I love the meatloaf!!!. Lovely setting in and outdoors!!, Service with a SMILE, and the carryout is seriously on point ?!! And they wear MASK ?. Just gotta love that!!.Keep up the Great Service!!
We were lucky that it was not a rush hour. Service was good. Order came on time. Seating space is limited. Need to be cleaned more regularly. Staff did came couple of times to inquire about regarding needs for refills on drinks. Better experience compare to some other locations.
Friendly staff, and my food is always hot and ready. The fastest drive through service. And accurate at that! The food is great!
