Outstanding food and great service. Chante has become our favorite local Mexican Restaurant. You have to try this place.
Good food and good service!Ask for the green salsa it's spicy and flavorful! I had the Ritz cracker chicken and it was very delicious. Beans with the chips and salsa was very good, queso Blanco was legit and the calamari was cooked perfectly. I also love the use of jimica with a lot of the dishes.
Chante is a great place to skip the typical TexMex in favor of authentic and creative Mexican food. The service is flawless and the food is delicious. They offer lunch specials 7 days a week which makes it affordable. I had a beautiful Mexican chicken salad with all of the things I love. This place is worth a visit.
We have been coming here since it opened . Experience is the food goes from excellent to average. We have figured out that it seems that if the owner is in, the food is excellent . If the owner is not in, the food seems inconsistent. I wish i knew what car was his !!
We were looking for a new Mexican restaurant on a Sunday and found Chante in Lewisville. Wow, the reviews are very accurate! From the friendly staff to the super tasty food to the decor, I was certainly impressed. We were with a larger group and had a lot of different dishes. All dishes had a great presentation, from the unique holder for the Salsa to the sizzling plate of fajitas. We enjoyed guacamole, queso, chips and salsa, chicken and beef fajitas, agave shrimp tacos, brisket tacos, Indio burrito, quesadilla de la esquina. Each of us really enjoyed the experience and food. We will certainly be back again, great job!!
Being a lover of Mexican cuisine and also Tex-Mex cuisine I was curious to try this little unassuming place off of 3040. When I came in I was greeted warmly and the experience only improved from there. The varied salsa and frijolies that came with the chips were delicious, my main dish of agave shrimp tacos were delectable, and their house made Tres Leches Cake was to die for. 10/10 will definitely be coming here again.
I’ve been wanting to try this place. Food not hot and too salty !!!!! The chicken tacos need a sauce! So a little disappointed!!!!!!

Awesome food! Great taste. Very fresh.And GIANT portions. Try the OMG burrito. It'll make you say... OOOMYYYGOOOOD!
