They had a young male at the window while taking our order. I asked if he could please give me a mintue because we we're ordering for kids . The cashier said yes and proceeded to ask me if I was ready like 30 seconds after being told multiple times to wait and allow me to get the order right before calling it out. I felt rushed ,the food was not accurate and when I called to speak with the manager I was told that she didn't speak English. I didn't receive a ticket and was told after I called they had no receipt paper. Also , the same guy that took our order answered the phone and said" I'll see who took your order as if he wasn't the one " . I am highly upset because he was very cocky and noone was in the store or drive through when I was ordering the food . I told them more them once what I wanted . I was told noone heard me and when I said they may have been allergic , I was told " oh ".
We ordered a whopper and a kids meal and the patty came with a bite on it!!!!! Tried calling the restaurant with no response Absolutely horrible
As others have said. They won’t serve you in the drive thru. They will have every single car pull up and park so their metrics look good, like they’re serving customers quickly, but then there are almost always three to five cars idling in front of the parking lot. Ordered 15 minutes ahead on the app so there would be plenty of time for it to be ready, still was asked to pull up and park. Waited ten more minutes. Finally went in and the bag is sitting on the counter getting cold. Employee did not even offer an apology, just got rude and told me if I wanted the food quicker I should come back into the kitchen and work. This happens every single time, it is NOT an “off night” or short term issue.
Got $45 worth of food and a total disappointment on the fries. We paid for mediums and got this. They didn’t give us a receipt.Tried calling the store with no answers.
Horrible service. When I go through drive -thru they always have me pull forward even if there's no line. When they bring my food out they forgot items and it's just a hassle to deal with. Will not return
Came by on a Tuesday night, only 1 other car ahead of me… no one behind us. Made us both moth forward to get our food in the “move out of the way parking”. Fries out barley warm and the burger barley luke warm. I will never go back to waste my time and money here. Nor even another Burger King… thanks you, you ruined for any future thoughts of a Burger King meal.
3rd bad experience at this location.Waited for 15 min after going thru drive thru window and paying. Finally went in to find out what was going on. They then handed me the wrong order and then asked what I ordered. Waited another 10 min for them to make it.. Workers. Just standing around talking.. Also out of receipt paper. Won't be going back. Worst location I have ever been to.
Just went through the drive thru. When the guy said "can I take your order?" I said "one second please" so I could look at the menu. In the background on the guys microphone I heard some lady say "really? One second?" Once I got to the window the guy who took my order gave me my total. I asked, "did that lady really say that?" He said "yeah she's been that way all day. She's one of the cooks. But don't worry I talked with her. So sorry about that." As I pulled around to the front to wait for my food, the guy brought my food to my car and the lady came outside with him just staring and grinning at me like she was gunna come say something to me. Be rude, get called out for it. Glad the guy was nice about it.
Just tried to get Burger King at Lewisville, TX, location. But when we went through the drive thru, we were told they could not take our order because they had a huge order in the lobby. WTH???? We drove around, and no one was in the lobby!!!! We drove back to the drive thru, and this time they asked us to wait. Seemed really fishy, so we just left. Ugh!!!
Terrible customer service. Doesnt say online that they have drive through only. Could not go through the drive through with our work vehicle so had to walk up to the window after they would not answer the phone. Lady gave attitude and stated I could only have one sauce per meal even though there is no option online to add more sauces to your order. 0/10 do not reccomend.
