Staff knew nothing about national televised promotions, portions were small, pancakes were rubbery, tiny w/ little taste.Staff could have been friendlier.Overall, just not a good experience & we have lived in Lewisville since birth 50 years ago. Location gone way down hill lately.Back to Whataburger where we will stay!!! There you get what you pay for & your monies worth!!!
Best Burger King in Lewisville I love the manager a little Hispanic lady he's so nice and beautiful the burgers are always fresh everything is fresh on the burger as a matter of fact I'm saving the flavor in my mouth right now never disappointed
Just wanted to say how I appreciate the hard work the crew at 121 is doing with sometimes having short staff. Thank you to the crew in the morning, always being nice and apologetic when parking cars. Food is always good even though prices have gone up still enjoying my BK experience
If I could give negative I would. Horrible place! Covid is going on and while I waited 22 min for my food a kid with lighter complexion and long hair was eating fries with no gloves!!! Are you serious. The Black guy was the only one working. Shout out to him, the other guy watched him and ate fries! Horrible place. Nasty! Should be ashamed
We like Burger King but this was not a good experience!! It took the young man at the register 10 minutes to take my order then one of the young women working there finally came over to show him what to do!! My husband chicken sandwich was under cooked so he couldn't eat but 1/3 of it. My fish sandwich wasn't much better... it's sad to go to a food place you enjoy and get both - bad food and bad service!
By far the worst customer service I ordered an Uber eats order and my order was no where near what I received ordered two bacon doubles 2 8 piece chicken nuggets jalapeno poppers and got 3 whoppers 3 cheese burgers both with nothing but meat and cheese and ice cold fries tried calling 10 times and finally after a week got someone to answer the phone and tried explaining to the guy what happened and he hung up on me
This is my favorite BK to go to, yes at times staff is slow and busy but I understand that they are constantly short staff. Even though they at times have this problem I will still keep coming here. The staff is friendly and always ready to take care of mistakes made. My kids love coming here as the staff always interact with them and make them feel special
Drive through employees were really friendly and great at their jobs! Super fast service! And the food tasted amazing! This burger king is definitely one of the best fast food places we've been to!
Staff is retarded. Mobile order said extra Mayo and NOTHING about pickles so they chose to completely disregard what the order said and gave me light Mayo and threw in pickles. Guess literacy isn’t a standard by any means to work at Burger King
