We usually love Buffalo Wild Wings kinda our go to restaurant when no one can pick a place but this experience has seriously turned us off. From the second we walked in we should have just walked out. The host at the door pointed to the bar area that was the only part open for seating and said “Sit where you want” handed me the menus and stated “ their gross and not cleaned but will work” and left me stand there staring at him. Seated ourselves at the bar and since we had our 10 year old told we had to move which is fine but maybe try curiosity when talking to people, rather than curt comments, eye rolls and walking away. The manager was the only one to stop at the table for any orders and took drink orders (lemonade and coke) got those and nothing for 35 mins until we left a 20 dollar bill to cover our tab and than some. Not much to say other than poor service

Let me start by saying I visit this location often and have never had an issue, until May 12, 2022! Upon walking in my wife and I noticed a few dirty tables in the restaurant and only 2 servers and a manager visible. After requesting a booth near the front of the store, we were told by Hospitality Manager Edward Mussett, “We are not seating that area at the moment due to being short staffed. So we agreed to sit in a different booth that he escorted us to, after sitting a few minutes we noticed the air conditioner blowing directly over our heads and asked Edward if he could sit us elsewhere due to the air. We were told that there was only a table available, not a booth. We sat at the booth as long as we could stand it, so when I saw Edward again I asked him for the third time to move, at this time he and the server got an attitude. So I calmly explained to Eric that my food would be cold as soon as arrived at the table due to the air conditioner and that I would not pay for cold food. At this point he agreed to move us, with an attitude again as if I’m not a paying customer! From my previous experience as a restaurant manager a HOSPITALITY MANAGER should go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of! But instead of addressing my issue he wanted to tell me how he’s short staffed and I should understand since I was a restaurant manager before! HEY EDWARD, PAYING CUSTOMERS DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR STAFF NOT SHOWING UP FOR WORK! TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY! You were on the floor, so actually you could have taken the table or even helped the two servers that you had on the floor!

I frequently stop at Buffalo Wild Wings statewide. Today was the worst experience at any thus far. Customer service was horrible the bar was so sticky with spilled drinks not being cleaned. I HAD TO CLEAN MYSELF. The 2 bartenders were dropping F-bombs one after another. The wings were all drums . One piece of celery. Horrible. I live in the area but will never be back.. and they were burned and still cold when I got them.

Absolutely incredible. This place is amazing. You want to chill with the boys? Bring em here. The combos are the best and they have a killer strawberry lemonade. Buffalo wild wings will always be a personal favorite of mine. I have some of my best memories at this place and will cherish said memories for the rest of my life. I enjoy going back and reading in my journal the days spent here. Nothing compares and nothing ever will. B DUBS for life ??

Visiting this establishment is a roll of the dice.Servers are usually very friendly and helpful, though they seem to be understaffed. It can take a long time to get their attention, begin your order, or get refills. That said, they are the one saving grace, and deserve better.Often it is the case where we are seated at tables that haven't been cleaned yet, even by the manager himself.The kitchen is cursed. Quite common to expect either wings or fries coming out stale, dry, and cold. At least three occasions I've ordered a salad without being informed that they are out of ingredients.

The service here is absolutely horrible! I waited 10 minutes before I got assistance. I had to walk over to the bar(where the waitress was in here phone) in order to get helped. No greeting or anything. I used to love coming here but now I’ll take business elsewhere.

Probably the worst experience ever. I placed a take out order for chicken wings and cauliflower wings on Friday. I went for pick up and was given a wrong order which I didn’t realize until I reached home. Even though not my mistake and in good faith I went to return the order which took a whole 1 hour. Went to the restaurant and waited another 15 minutes and got the order. No apologies or thank you for returning another customers order.Came back home and opened the first box which was a correct order. The second order which was cauliflower wings looked different but with this back and forth pick and drop off of orders I was tired and hungry and it tasted different and to my dismay it was chicken wings.I am a vegan !!I can see why this place has consistently received so many negative reviews!!

I placed an online the “manager” went to check for the order and never came back so someone else helped and said she didn’t see the order and then the manager came to “help” the girl so I said he was supposed to check the order and never came back he then stated… uh Uh I went but then got busy so I show i showed the “manager” the completed order comf and still asked are you sure it was for this location?? I asked him do you not see the address and his response was oh.. welp they couldn’t find it so I had to reorder and pay and re wait the time for pick up and had zero comp.

Wings were good. My Niece enjoyed her quesadilla. She said it was good.
