My youngest daughter and I took my granddaughter to eat today for her birthday. The store was a much older store but clean. First we ordered food. Everything was good. The oldercashier with very thin blonde hair was polite, helpful and pleasant. They apparently don't thank their customers though. My granddaughter wanted a lime sherbet scoop in a cup, the very young man was very pleasant, professional and kind. However once again when paying they don't thank their customers for shopping at the store. Where has customer service gone? I'm glad I don't live in that area, next time I will drive further for a staff that appreciates my patronage.
A must stop staple of the DFW area on 35e. They have impeccable quality in the food prep and the flavors are so amazing. Hands down one of my favorite places to have a great burgers as well as ice cream. Staff is always cheerful and warm on ordering and very courteous and prompt. Love this place and there is a reason why its a family staple for quick and delicious foods.
So today I went in to get ice cream from here like I have every weekend for the last few months and I ordered the same thing i always get, a double scoop with butter pecan on the bottom and chunky cappuccino on top... the lady looked in the Ben and said they were out of butter pecan... I asked if she had any in the back and she said no... so I said I'd take pralines and cream despite having it, and almost all other forms of ice cream... only for them to bring a new tub of butter pecan out while I was paying.. so I told them what happened and the lady at the counter slapped the scoop of cappuccino on a new cone and put a scoop of butter pecan on top so uncaringly it fell off on the drive home... they made me feel uncomfortable to even ask for what I ordered despite having all the ingredients to make it... thus really was a bad experience..
The place even being a little old, has the quality offered by this brand. Good prices and good quality. An essential stop with the children to have a good ice cream or a hamburger. My kids love chicken strips.
Great food and service. The manager is the most polite and funny woman who will go the distance to make sure your food and dessert is right the 1st time.
I walked in and tryd to buy some penuts but there was no one near the check out counter seems like a slow day I I think I only saw 2 uniform employees that were attending other task. They seem fine. I'm going to try walking in again
Good burger and live to dip the crinkle cut fries in the vanilla milk shake. Place was clean, staff friendly and masked.
Braum’s is the best Egg Nog Ice Cream in the Country. Blend it with Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Nog (contains alcohol) and it will WOW your holiday guests. It’s an adult dessert or after dinner drink. My dinner guests vied for the best nap spots in the house after a great meal and this unbelievable Southwest meets East Coast Egg Nog! Absolutely Yummy.
My first job was at Braum’s about 30 years ago so when I write this negative review, it truly hurts my heart. This location is dirty. I mean, like the walls, counters and floors haven’t been cleaned in a very long time and it’s quite disturbing when you want to eat FOOD in a dirty environment. Please Braum’s, take the time and clean your establishment. With much love and respect, treat your business better than this.
Ms. Gloria is the best! Great customer service! Motivated young workers with their level of sales. Even included the two young men that were playing around.
