The associates here are so friendly and helpful when it comes to finding a new drink to try. Their milk teas are delicious ?. The service is fast even when their busy. My drink recommendation - Match Coconut Milk Tea with or w/o boba .
The drinks we ordered were very underwhelming. Thai tea lacked authentic flavor and the brown sugar milk tea just tasted like milk tea. My mango slush didn't taste like mango but pineapple. The staff was ok but the person who took our order messed it up. Would I go back? No.
I ordered a Taro milk tea and it was tan colored and had almost no flavor. All other places Taro milk tea is purple and delicious. I don't know why it was different here but i wont be back.
Best bubble tea I have tasted in a while! (And I’ve tried a lot in the DFW area.) Fast and friendly service. They happily reduced the sugar level for me. I actually tasted the delicious green tea and fruit and it was not cloyingly sweet. Wish it was closer to my home!
Seems like the employees are mostly high school aged, and they openly curse while making drinks. Not a huge deal, but they also speak about inappropriate things loudly. They don’t make drinks like Boba world used to. Less than a year ago this place was our go to place for boba. Now we only come here when Snowy Bingsu is closed. Owner needs to train employees on work etiquette, and how to make the drinks correctly. Taro milk tea was horrible. Pineapple slushee was super watered down. Do not recommend.
I recently got into Boba ..Which I absolutely love,I’ve gone to this location many times, but had to stop coming because of the constant disrespect that owner continues to spill… He’s speaks to his guest as if their stupid to his staff right in front of them… I’m in the service industry, and understand that customers can be difficult, but this isn’t the case! The first time I thought okay maybe it’s me, but the second, and third time no he’s just rude… I will not be spending my hard earned money with them anymore, because he obviously doesn’t want it ??♀️
I like this place. The decor has a modern Asian feel. The owner is very friendly.Good:-They let you mix flavors. I mixed 3 (Strawberry, kiwi, mango) it was really good.- I like the cups with the sealed tops. Makes it easy to transport the drinks home or to the office without making a mess.-it was very clean and I didn't notice a smell like others mentioned.I got a slushy (Strawberry, kiwi, mango) with mixed Jellies. It was pretty good but, next time I'll have them go light on the jellies. So they appear randomly in the drink and not with every sip. Other than that, I'll be back.
I ordered like usual and one of my drinks was Mango smoothie WITH STRAWBERRY popping boba, the cashier even read the order back and it was correct. When my drinks came out they gave me mango with black pearls, so I corrected them and the guy brings my ticket and says that I ordered black pearls and says ‘THATS NOT ON ME’ and the girl that rang me up was laughing in the corner??? I just left before I got very disrespectful, this was a great boba place now I never want to go back. Do better and hire respectful people.
I received a gift card for my birthday and I see it all the time going by.This is my first time trying this place. The cashier was super nice and also the staff in general was kind. My drink took less than two minutes. The drink I got was a large classic milk tea no boba no ice it was very outstandingly good.I can taste the milk and black tea combined perfectly. Boba world has many options of ice creams as well and other ice cream treats. They take cash payments as well some boba places don’t take cash.This was worth $4.60
This place is SO DIFFERENT! It used to be my favorite boba place! Its terrible now. All these girls that work there now make the most watery milk tea. It really is upsetting because I was such a regular customer before. Even the boba has become bland. The girls there are always playing around and I am glad I’m not the only one that noticed it. Please OLD STAFF, FIX THIS ISSUE AND BRING BACK THE WAY THE STORE USED TO BE!
