Garlic knot bruschetta bites delish. Avocado egg rolls. I should've read the description before ordering. It's literally just warm avocado. Tastes bland but thankfully the saucewith it is good but wish it had meat. As I was handing the menu back to the waiter I noticed the pic of the bistro burger. Instead of taking the menu back to read for myself i asked him what was on the bistro burger. He got all the ingredients right but said it was FETA not Goat cheese. So when I got the burger that was a let down. Wish it was FETA. Burger didn't taste allthat great. Arrived less than warm. Kinda bland. Barely any garlic aoli. Fries barely warm Asked them to reheat entire order but manager said no can do must remake. My guest had the classic rib eye. Asked for medium well. It was overcooked. Had to saw through it to cut a piece it also came out barely warm as well as the fries. Like what's with this food not being served hot?? Is it just sitting in a window until the waiter finally says OH YEA I should bring them their order. Not only was the steak overcooked they brought out broccoli instead of mashed potatoes. That had to be fixed as well. The manager did have the whole order remade. Steak and potatoes were delicious it was just the hassle of having to wait for it to be remade but grateful the waiter and manager were on top of it.
The food is really good. They hlave lots of food that delicious. You can't go wrong with what you order. The dessert is even good. But the downfall is the customer service. I took my daughter to eat there for her graduation dinner. The waitress and waiters are rude. You try to be nice and say thank you for their service. But they don't have any manners. That's what happens when you have young kids who works. But it can be anyone. It doesn't matter how old they are. People are just rude and don't have good customer service.
Chris served my family of 12 today and was very kind to us. His hospitality was very welcoming and we were seated and served in a very timely fashion. Thank you so much for taking care of us today!Another thank you to the chefs in the kitchen for making our food today! It was delicious!
First time. Food and atmosphere was peaceful. The ribs and roasted veggies and asparagus... Amazing.
Attempted to order drinks and appetizers, however, the waitress would only take the drink orders. Later she took the appetizer order and it took forever to get delivered. When they do deliver it, it's pretty sparse looking. See for yourself in the picture below versus their own menu. They did replace the nachos but only after we got our main course so it seemed wasteful (specifically asked about replacement vs meal delivery, preferred dessert due to timing). However, I was still charged for nachos. In fact, two orders of them. The manager who I spoke with (Mike) said he would take care of the cost of the nachos and dessert (since no replacement). While he did give credit for dessert, he didn't do anything on the nachos AND double charged me. Cost more than the dessert credit! I brought it to the attention of the waitress who seemed annoyed. While they made all the credits at the end, it's only after I brought it to their attention again. I only saw Mike one time at the initial complaint. No follow up. No I'm sorry that I double charged you nothing. While the main course was delicious, the service leaves me starving for more.
Ordered spinach articoke dip, chicken thighs, avocado egg rolls. The food tastes good. Customer service was good too. Spinach artichoke dip was delicious and chicken thighs were tasty, avocado rolls are ok. Their staff was friendly
Really disappointed I asked for the hottest wings they got and the wings wasn’t even hot just tasted like a regular buffalo wing same for lemon pepper it just tasted like a regular chicken wing. VERY DISAPPOINTED from BJs
We came with our volleyball team and they were so very accommodating. We had excellent service and great food. Very impressed.
I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta and they didn't put any of the ingredients except for oil, pasta noodles, and a few pieces of shrimp. According to the menu, there should've been tomato, onion, garlic, etc and all of those were missing in my pasta. It was so greasy and so bad.
Our first time to order wings at BJ'S, we enjoyed them. The were crispy with a hint of spice. The service was good, even on a busy night.
