I took my granddaughter today and we waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and take our order the window.We then waited for another 15 minutes to receive our order. Other people approached the order window and were ignored until one person became irate and asked the staff to take orders from the window as well as the customers in the drive in line. There appeared to be an inexperienced staff who chose to ignore the customers that were waiting at the outside window for their orders to be taken. Where was the management? Did they take the day off and leave some inexperienced staff in charge who did not know how to manage all the customers? Apparently, this is a common practice based on previous comments.
My family's new end of the week addiction! Look up the menu before going. They take orders at the car side when busy.
Delicious, great service, fast and easy!Always love a late night treat here. They have some sort of frozen treat for everyone! Huge amount of flavors to choose from and a wide range of menu items for mixed deserts too!If you're looking for something sweet and cold, this is the place to go!
I ordered the brownie sundae. The menu board outside Says the ingredients are; custard,brownie, hot fudge , pecans & cherry.I get the sundae and …no pecans.When I ask for the pecans, The older man working there says it’s $1.70 for the pecans. I said they are part of the ingredients list. He says they are “available” but since “I didn’t ask for them” they are now $1.70.Absolutely makes no sense. He argued and even came and looked at the sign. I said they are part of the ingredient list for the Sundae and He said “I see that but we do not automatically add them”? WHAT????I’m Confused.In the end he gave me the pecans but it was a hassle and a poor experience. Seemed like he just wanted to be right instead of serving a customer. We won’t be back.
I always get the Bootdaddy with Heath Bar, Roasted Pecans, and Waffle Cone. Don't know where I got that combination from but it's so good....Mother's Day Dessert ?
Best experience I've had at an Andy's! Not to say I've had bad experiences, but I have been disappointed at a different location by the amount of brownie and fudge in a james brownie. This was likely due to a new hire, however, it was disappointing enough that I have not been back to that location since that encident. Anyway, it was spot on here! Plenty but not too much brownie and hot fudge. Personally, this is the only thing I ever order when I go. It's the best thing on the menu, highly recommend to any fellow chocolate lovers! Lol
Awesome place for a treat! My personal favorite is the Snow Monster! I'll try to get a photo before digging in next time!
Andy's always exceeds my expectations. The custard is served fresh and never leaves me unsatisfied. This location was not busy when I went, and I was able to walk right up and order my jackhammer. I highly recommend this location for their friendly service and great atmosphere.
This Andy's location has been really disappointing since the first of the year. Order a strawberry concrete and you don't have not one strawberry inside, just left over strawberry juice.
The reason I give them 2 stars is because I ordered a cup with one scoop of chocolate ice cream was delicious. But I ordered a hand packed butter pecan which I took home. When I open it latter it wasn't butter pecan but chocolate cherry! It was days later. So I was very disappointed!
