I first came here for pizza about a year ago, and I wasn't impressed with it. But now, a year later, my son suggested that we try it again, so we came in for lunch, and WOW! ...what a difference! The pizza is much improved. My waitress said that it might be due to new ownership. The pizza was juicy and delicious. I did request a side bowl of pizza sauce, which I received, since I personally like lots of sauce on my pizza. If they stay consistent, I will definitely make this my regular pizza stop.
I’ve ordered this place on doordash, which was pretty good so my friend and I decided to come into the restaurant for dinner. At 6pm as soon as you walk in, there’s a homeless man passed out at the table close to the door, grunting in his sleep, then I went to the restroom which was not in good condition. So we decided to leave and Find another authentic Italian restaurant.
The only reason I gave this one star is because I couldn’t give it zero. I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery and was served tossed pizza when it got delivered. The pizzas were obviously dropped. When I called to see how the situation could be fixed I was passed around and told to feed the pizza to the dogs and hung up on. Please do not order from this place. Horrible pizza and even worse customer service.

Been going for 20 years and won’t be back. I’ve never had such a bad meal anywhere. Could not cut chicken with a knife! I don’t even know how it could be that bad! Service was horrible too
Food was great but the main part of the restaurant was very cold on one of the coldest days of the year. There was only one server at the time we had arrived and she seemed to be training a other. Over all we will try this restaurant again on a warmer day to see if it gets better. PS no Sweet Tea.
Been going here for 15 years sad to say service is trash now got a Stromboli and it hand mostly raw Dough thought it was cheese at frist ?????♂️
It's not the greatest Italian restaurant on earth, but the recent bad reviews about new ownership are overblown. We visited at 2 PM on a Tuesday when there were only a few other customers, so the two employees were able to keep up. They were very courteous and attentive. Our drinks and food arrived promptly. Portions were generous and fairly tasty. We had the Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Murphy. The chicken was a little dry as if freezer burned but still decent. The sauces were mildly flavored but not bland. The pasta was cooked just right, and the bread was warm and fresh. Prices were reasonable. Dining room was clean, and the employees wore masks properly.
I’ve been coming here since I was in high school recently things have been down the drain. Went there and the owner asked for our drink order, never even came back with drinks. Our server was very rude and definitely didn’t want to be there. The Alfredo literally just taste like butter. Spaghetti was way too salty. Our server dropped off our food and never even came back to the table to make sure everything was okay. Pasta was ice cold and so was the restrooms and they were dirty and disgusting. Owner was watching over the screen while I was leaving a tip. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely don’t go here if you’re looking for yummy warm food and a warm restaurant. No employees wearing masks and there was only one other table in the whole restaurant and we still had the worst service.
Sad to hear there is new ownership at Alfredo's. The quality you could expect from Alfredo's is no longer there under this new ownership. The GOOD reviews under this location are all from previous owner Frieda and her sons. Ordered a pizza two days ago and it was super bland. Something I could have ordered from Cici's pizza. Definitely won't be going back.
